Hello all,

I done transaction on 6 march 2020 of rs 2643 on grocery store double time deduction of amount i complaint on 7th march to customer care they told that with in 24 hours amount will be refunded and again i complaint after few they told amount will be refunded in 24 hours till that i complain more than 20 times till now my problem is not resolved moreover you are charging interest on it my card number is :[protected] please refund my money on card as soon as possible

    My name is subham kumar roy and i had ordered an item of rs.758 from amazon india (Amazon.in) on 06/05/2020 and paid through my debit card. I cancelled the order that day itself and on 06/05/2020 amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't got the money. Amazon sent this reference number 642221 and told me to fill charge dispute form but sbi doesn't have such policy and category to file online complaint under charge dispute. So please kindly respond to this complaint.
    My sbi visa debit card's last four digit number is 9566.

        Hi sir/madam,

        I would like to complain against sbi IRCTC credit card, because they have charge unnecessary and illegal charges for last 2 months (ie april and may statement) around rs 2207/-.
        When I tried to contact customer support team then they said that I have to wait for next 2 months to get refund of full amount meanwhile i need to pay all debited charge which they have charged on my credit card.

        So I am complaining against them because if we get late to delay the amount before the due date they charged and add interest on daily basis. So I also need compensation or interest from 17.04.2020 to till date.

        I have attached my snapshot which show that money debited on my credit card.

        Please help to resolve and get compensation from them as soon as possible.

          My name is ritik kumar singh and i had ordered gaming headset of rs 1, 899, product name - (Redgear cosmo 7.1 usb gaming headphones with rgb led effect, mic and in-line controller for pc) in amazon on[protected]
          And after[protected] i returned this order due to personal reason. And on[protected].
          Amazon initiated the amount to my account but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number # igaioekfe7 and told me to fill charge dispute form but state bank of india doesn't have such policy. So
          Please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My bhim upi i'd is rs[protected]@paytm.

            I got a call on 16/5/2020 6.50pm from a person and he pretended as sbi credit card service employee, he told me my full details about the credit card and the address, pan card no, email... That i given for sbi credit card, then he done two transactions 20k first and 19900 second total 39, 900₹.
            Then only i seen the money spent messages in my credit card. Transaction happened on mobikwik.
            Same day i complained to sbi customer...

            Hi,

            Hold a savings account with sbi (Arulmanian m account no. 2537) and while openings the account with the online form fed all the credentials needed. Later while submitting the hard copy of the application at the the branch, attached required photos copies for all the proofs as aadhaar, pan etc. Later changed the branch to sbi madipakkam and while applying for new passbook, provided all proofs as aadhaar, pan, nominee etc. But inspite of repeated applications for pan linking in both offline and online modes, the pan detail is not added/linked to the account. This pan unlinked status block usage of number of features in sbi netbanking, mobile banking etc and make to revisit the branch number of times. The pan is linked to aadhaar and aadhaar is active. For all re-registrations it sent, the pan is successfully registered with the reference number message. Do look into the issue and do the necessary of linking the pan to the bank account. As added effort, had applied for pan linking with netbanking on[protected]. The attachments are for reference.

              I got a SBI Credit card & had not used even once due to wrong commitment
              of first bill payment of Rs.3500/-
              even after writing many a mail to customer care they are sending new bills with interest is there a customer care redressal at all.

              wrong commitment for first bill payment on my SBI credit card number 4047...7340 RAGUNATHAN V
              got a bill for 3500/- . SBI marketing person assured while signing forms that since i have an ICICI bank credit card no joining fees, but to my shock got a bill & many representation to SBI customer care does not work.

                    June 2019 while submitting fees on delhi university portal fees was deducted three times but it was actually deposited only once and the amount which was mistakenly debited twice doesn’t credited in account when logged a complaint they said i will be updated after 45 days after 45 days when called customer support they said it has been resolved and you can contact branch for same but still amount was not credited, after contacting branch they said we also filled a compliant on you behalf and after continuous enquiry also haven’t got any feedback or money back till yet. Its going to be 1 year.

                      My name is (Shashi bala) and i had ordered (A guitar) of rs.1990 (Juarez acoustic guitar) in amazon on (29/02/2020) and after (09/03/2020) i returned this order due to personal reason. And on date (18/03/2020) amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number

                        Date of incident is 29-aug-2018

                        I am trying to make the payment for bpsc-2020 (66th combined competition examination), the government website (http://onlinebpsc.bihar.gov.in/) provides your link for online payment (https://www.onlinesbi.com/sbicollect/icollecthome.htm?corpID=756305) but every time i try to enter the details like payment category and registration number and press submit. It gives me error "please verify the data entered and try again."

                                Dear sir

                                A refund of rupees 598 was successfully processed on 27 march 2020 in my account by myntra.in. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                                I have called the state bank of india customer service but not get any help.

                                I have confirmed with myntra and they have successfully processed the refund and reference number is[protected]

                                Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to myntra's payment processor to locate the refund.
