At may 15-2020 i have received a msg that your account has been debited 550 for the othpg google fun games pos 99999999... Without any otp amount has beem debited and also i don't know what the hell google fun games are and i tried to register complaint in yono but they declined my complaint... Kindly please help me and refund my amount those amount are my exam fees

    Hi all,

    This is into inform you that i was using a sbi credit card from which is already deactivated 2 years ago. I was making my payment from last 5 years. Approx prior to 6 months i requested to make emi of all as i don't want to continue with card or provide me solution.
    Last month my emi request was apporved and i received my mail stating this but no letter as they mentioned that due to lockdown they are not able to provide letter now.
    As per their mail emi payment date was 30th of every month. I requested that due to lockdown and my salary hold i will able to make payment within next month. After that i am start getting threating call from two persons and they started calling my friends and family for same. I asked them that you can not call anyone specially when i am available they didn't listen and start threatning by giving my faimily reference which is voilation of my privacy. Please sugget where i can provide their details and write their information so that strict action can be taken against them. They are even calling me in odd hours like night 9-10 pm. I have call recordings for proof.

        I sent a message to link my adhaar card in sbi credit card. But that was not linked with my credit card. But i sent that message was showing publicly because of that i'm facing some issues.

        Kindly delete my message immediately. So that it will help to resolve my issues.

          Last week i linked my adhaar card into sbi credit card. But now it's unnecessarily showing in public views.
          So please delete my adhaar details as soon as possible.
          I attached the screen shot for your reference. It's showing in public view because of that im facing many problems everyday.
          So, delete my card details in that. Pls do the needful asap.

            I am defrauded by a fake customer care executive named amit Mishra as displayed on true caller. that number was [protected] of go2shop e commerce site. actually I ordered a mobile on that site on 1st may 2020 after 12 days I have not received any message regarding my order so I searched customer care number on google. I called on above mentioned number he told me we can place your order due to lock down so company decided to refund your money and he insisted me to forward a message to his number by sending a link to my registered phone number. when I did that I got a request on phone pe to send money amounted 9999. I asked him why should I transfer to you this amount as I ordered a phone of rs. 2999 and you are viable to refund it to me rather. in the meanwhile somehow he hacked my account and my account has been deducted with 9999 rs. two times and 5000 rs. once. I have utr. transaction no. of phone pe transactions. but for 5000 rs. I only received message of deduction from bank. then I called on sbi customer care no, but due to lock down customer care executives are available only 8.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. so I called customer care for unauthorised transaction and executive told me to lodge FIR at cyber cell as they could just disable upi and devit card.

              sbi achiever card inactive

              I have SBI Achiever Card is inactive which is expired limit up to 09/23. So I Request you to status change from Inactive to active....

              Today i received a call from [protected] this no. this afternoon, some one said me he is bank manager of sbi, and ask me about my atm card running status and pin code of sbi debit card, when i chassed him, he dropped the phone with slang language.

                  My name is venu, and my mobile no. Is [protected] i have given/linked my sbi account number [protected] for the direct benefit tranfer to aadhar, currently i do not use my sbi account, so i want to change my account from sbi to and another bank that have my account in kotak mahindra bank acc no.[protected], at date of 09.05.2020 i am visited my kotak branch and i am requested to for make npci mappinng... The bank has made my request and the aadhar seeding request and they are accepted my request and they were updated cbs at 11.05.2020, but i will not be able to find kotak bank the site is showing on the linking status of sbi..., today i am visited my kotak bank, and i am asked about npci mapping status for my account... They will saying ' we are updated your account already npci mapping for dbt...' and they will give the req id 5435353... So.. Please change my dbt ac from sbi to kotak mahindra bank.

                    My name is devjit acharya and i had ordered gnc monohydrate and myfittness peanut butter of rs.1132 in amazon on 7th may 2020 and after 12th may 2020 i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 12 may 2020 on which refund initiated)
                    Amazon initiated the amount to my upi but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
                    [protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but state bank of india doesn't have such policy. So
                    Please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

                    I got my refund today, the problem was i forgot my upi address at that time and on paytm you can edit and add upi name as your wish like-5sad@paytm or abcd@paytm and here the problem is if you forget like me what address you use while your amazon payment then you request for refund for any reason and i assume that they initiated your refund in your case then, also i would like to remind you that you can have like 4 or 5 upi address on paytm but only one address that is choosed as default as payment gateway others will appear as not valid so if you chose a wrong one as default like me then your refund will be somewhere and that what happened to me then i have come to consumer complains and raise a complaint they solved the problem 1-2 days i am really thankful to them

                        Fraud transaction by sbi debit card othpg google on 13 may 2020. Total amount deducted inr 6100 rs was made on sbi debit card without my knowledge and permission.                           I have made complaint no [protected] against the amount of 10000 which i have made from bankofindia atm fvd9010 amount not dispatch from atm but deducted from my account txn #[protected] its been 7days until now no information regarding refund kindly help and refund my amount to my back account as soon as possible i have made two transactions on 8th may from same atm first transaction is successful and got money from fvd9010 atm 2nd transaction amount 10000 debited from sbi bank account but no dispatched cash from bankofindia fvd9010 atm kindly help its been 7days until i raised my complaint but no process on that complaint until now

                            trasaction date is 13 may 2020,

                              I have taken home loan with sbi racpc koramangala. Before registration, i have submitted copies of registration dd which was taken based on guidance value. But the manager asked to take dd based on market value as market value is higher. I have taken dd for market value and did registration.
                              But people from same apartment who took loan from sbi racpc koramangala and banaswadi have done registration based on guidance...

                                Today at around 1:30 pm there was a call from strange company number having more than thousands spam reported. But i didn't receive the call and yet i realized it was the 2nd consecutive call from the same no. And what happens next just after the call an sms arrived mentioning your card has been used for rs.2800 on 99999999. Note this number. This is the culprit who victimizes thousands of innocent account holders. And i hope this will help to get the culprit. This is not the first time my money has been deducted from this no.99999999. I ignored in the beginning because the deducted amount was not much and complaining would be just a waste. As we are only informed to blocked our card and yet this is how still our indian banks can do for their fool customers. I beg you to please find out this culprit or i can assume wherein my banks details is classified only with bankers and myself such type o[censored]nauthorized transactions would let me refer others that the sbi bank is no longer a secured bank in india.
