My name is manjeet singh and i had ordered some grocery products of rs.2798.75 through sbi debit card in amazon.in on[protected]. But unfortunately my order got cancelled automatically and on[protected]
Amazon initiated the amount of rs.2798.75 in two parts to my card. First is rs.2257.46 and second is rs.541.29. But unfortunately i lost my debit card on[protected] that's why i blocked my card on[protected] at 02:40am.
I also called the amazon many times regarding this issue but they sent this refference number - 877724 and told me to fill charge dispute form.
I visited many times in bank and talked with bank manager (Mr. Dharam pal singh) but he did not helped me. Even he denied to accept "charge dispute form". I still did not get my money. I have mentioned some details below.

Complaint marked as Resolved My Complaint has been resolved within 48 hours. I would like to thanks all team members of Consumer Complaints. It shows that any institution, even if it is governmental, can not be arbitrary. I hope that, in the future, any bank Will not do this with any of its customers, specially State Bank Of India. If it happens to me again, I will again come to the consumer complaints team.
