sail mediclaim not able to pay via sbi collect

Address: 560100

When i try to pay sail mediclaim via sbi collect under after entering min number an error is thrown saying "please verify the data entered and try again". Error is throwing.

The following steps i did for the payment.
Go to www.onlinesbi.com and click on the ‘state bank collect’ tab on the menu bar. Select ‘new version’.
Next page, click the box ‘i have read and accepted the terms …’ and click on...

I have an account in state bank of india. Today i got a message stating on your request signature has been changed if not requested contact your home branch, however i haven't requested for signature changing. Without my permission how they can change signature and what is the reason behind getting this message. Please clear the reason, in case like these my account is not secure

    I keep getting messages from vk cbssbi tha visa/work permit of ac no xxxxx66048 has expired. I dont understand i am an indian citizen a pensineer holding sbi accounts in both rrnagar and kpw bangalore. My pension account is in kpw bangalore. None of my accouts end with those numbers. Itappears some foreign national has used my phone number and created an account and that is why i keep getting these messages on my phone. Please check ane verify the account hoder name and whereabouts.

      I have an account in sbi radhanagar road branch burnpur (08539) the account number is [protected]. I am an central government employee and was posted in burnpur. Now i have got transferred to gail pata (Uttar pradesh) also my retirement is in december 2019 so for that my department wants my account to be transferred from burnpur branch to my hometown branch surir (11592) (Uttar pradesh). I have sent emails with the application and required documents to sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in when suggested by the branch manager. No action has been taken even after sending the emails. Also i had visited surir branch and spoke to the manager he took the application and my adhaar card copy and sent an official email to radhanagar road branch and assured me that it will be transferred in 7 working days. Its been more than a month now. Also i have contacted sbi helpline and lodged a complain - ([protected]) and that complaint was closed and no reason was given and i was asked to call on [protected], i have been calling on this number it is switched off from past 5 days. Then i contacted the helpline support again and they gave me the nodal officer number ([protected]) i called on this number too but no response from this as well. Now my pension documentation is stuck in between because of this absurd behaviour of sbi officials. I am attaching the original application i had sent for transferring the account. So, i request you to kindly look into this matter and give me a further resolution so that my pension documentation gets done.

        My sbi saving account no. [protected]. I took a personal loan from hdfc bank and gave ecs from sbi, ou branch on the above account. But, since january 2019 ecs is not getting cleared regularly. Sometimes it gets cleared and sometimes not. As a result, for no fault of mine, i am penalized rs. 2, 000/- in the month of may 2019.
        Even now problem is continuing. On 4.7.2019 also my ecs transaction was declined. Declined transaction id is[protected].
        Ou branch people asked me to call customer care and customer care people say that problem has to be sorted out at branch. Please see that my problem is resolved.

          I have sent an amount to my dad on his phonepe upi and the transaction is showing successful in my transaction history but my dad didn't get any money. No such transaction is showing in his phonepe transaction history. He also went to bank which account is linked on his phonepe to know the statement history and there also no such credited amount is showing. I have contacted with the phonepe customer care they are sayin the bank has confirmed the payment with the urt no. Please fix the issue.

          I didn't get any solution yet but already got many fraud calls regarding this issue saying that they are calling from SBI or PhonePe and asking for a message which i am getting in my mobile number

            Respected sir/madam,

            I make a transaction through sbi yono lite on 30/06/2019 for transfer the amounting rs 20000/- to my other bank account vide transaction id sba[protected] and customer reference no.[protected] but said amount neither credited then nor till now.

            I called to customer care, i suggested for visit to home branch or lodge a complain through login by website in desktop version and accordingly i lodged the same and visit home branch (Sbi arunachal 005541) on 02/07/19 & 03/07/19 also.

            But sir home branch also not provided me any solution and advised to call customer care again due to upi handling centrally. However they provided me a attested copy of statement as a proof of the transaction which i was done yesterday which is also attached herewith for your ready reference.

            Sir i am a defence personnel, money is extremely required at my home for my wife treatment. So i am constrained due to said problem.

            It is therefore requested that kindly look into the matter personally and solve the matter at earliest.

            An early action for the said matter will be highly appreciated.

              In connection to the subject, i am kammari naveen from hyderabad. Actually i have tranferred rs.30000/- to bommedi lova raju on 29/06/2019 through phonepe. The amount has be been debited from my account and the transaction is successful but the amount is not credited to the receiver i. E., bommedi lova raju account. I went to bank and enquired about the trasaction and they are saying that they are not responsible for all these issues. Even they are not checking the status of transaction also. Please help me to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                  I Sadanand Maurya applied for a credit card from an SBI card agent, agent did false commitments like the card has a limit of 2.85 lakh at 499 annual charges but when I got my card it has a limit of 52000 at 2999 annual charge

                  please replace my card with promised card and close the false card,
                  and I want action toward the agent who did false commitment to me

                    Dear team,

                    Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

                        I am ordered ritemart ritfit 3 smart fitness watch of 1001 rupees from amazone app and my amount was deduct from my sbi account. But after some days i was cancel the order due to not update order information but my amount was not received in my account. When i call the amazone customer care about my refund then they told your amount is already refund on june 24 at 3 pm if you not recieved the amount then call your bank customer care. After i call the sbi customer care then they told call amazone customer care. Amazone give me reference no for the transaction is 661480

                          Team, i received the call from a person "varun saxena" ([protected]/ [protected]). He said he is from "sbi life", also shared all the details of my sbi ulip plan (Including my current fund value) and informed that 10% of the submitted amount is going as agent commission.
                          This gained my interest (As this was not in my knowledge), also he informed that there is a provision that we can raise the complain in gbic (Governing body of insurance council) about such fraud or miscommunications.

                          Also, he suggested to escalate the concern in sbi life and gave two option i. E. Either i can raise the complain from my side (But as this is government work, thus i may not get the reply before 50-60 days) or if he raise the complain from his official email address (Sbi life), then i'll get the response soon. Thus, i allowed him to raise the request in gbic about the incidence and on call itself he shared the complain number (I. E. Sbi_4686221).

                          Later, within 24 hours i got a call from a person "rajiv malhotra" (Phone no. [protected]), he said that he is calling from gbic and repeat the same stuff that yes there is a provision about such fraud/miscommunication and asked what i would like to do about this case.

                          I offered him to close the sbi ulip plan immediately and return the submitted amount back in my account (I was ready to get the money even after 5 years paying term).

                          Later, he said that he cannot return the money now, however he mention that there is provisionn (Per section 64c) and offered to open a new policy and transfer the complete sbi ulip fund amount (Including agent commission) into new policy.

                          He said that he will send the email to 15-16 different insurance companies and mention about my case. Then, whoever shows interest and ready to open a short term policy will send the reply back to him.

                          Then, later he called again and informed that he got a reply from 3 insurance companies i. E. Hdfc life, reliance nippon and aviva. Out of them only reliance nippon offered to open a policy for 3 years locking period.

                          Then, per him i agreed to invest in reliance nippon money back policy. He also informed that after policy booking he'll send the email to sbi life for policy discontinuation. And, informed that i need to submit the premium (Rs. 64790) only for next 3 years, plus within 1-2 months entire sbi ulip amount will get transfer to the new reliance nippon money back policy. Also, per him on 28th feb. 2021, i'll guaranteed get the sbi ulip amount i. E. 1, 80, 000 back into my bank account and later in 2022, i'll get the rest of my fund (From reliance nippon) as well.

                          Thus, based on the discussion i showed the interest and agree to pay the premium amount and on same day he provide the payment link along with the reliance nippon application number i. E. Wa399452.

                          Finally, i made the payment and later he recommended to not mention anything about the discussion with the reliance nippon employee during policy verification call. Reason, he gave is as currently reliance nippon guys are not aware about the gibs discussion but after policy issuing he will send the email to sbi life and perform as mentioned above.

                          Then, i receive the call from reliance nippon verification department and i did the same (I. E. Not mention anything about the discussion which i had with "rajiv malhotra" (Gbis). Also, later i received the policy documents from reliance nippon (Policy number:[protected]. Also, after policy booking he again called asked for policy number and client id issued by reliance nippon and informed that he sent an email to sbi life and my policy will get discontinue with immediate effect and i don't have to submit any further premiums in sbi ulip.

                          Then for curiosity, i called at sbi life customer care and asked about my policy discontinuation, however per their response suspects that they have not received any request from their officials. Then, i browse more on the internet and come to know the similar incidence and all seems to be fake.

                          Currently, 20 days has already been passed for the policy issue of reliance nippon money back. Request you to please cancel the reliance nippon policy and refund my entire submitted amount to my bank account.

                          Please note that (IRDAI) has been receiving complaints, through email.letters and in its Integrated Grievance Management System, from members of public informing the Authority that they are receiving spurious calls and fictitious offers from unidentified persons. We request you to exercise caution while dealing with emails or spurious or hoax calls received to you.

                          Also, we wish to inform you that as per public notice circulated by IRDAI, if any public notices such instances, he or she may lodge a police complaint in the local police station along with the details of the caller and telephone number from which the call was received. We also suggest our valued customers register with DNC Registry of TRAI so as to get these calls stopped at the service provider level itself.

                          Our humble request to you is to remain alert and not to fall prey to frauds or scams perpetrated by miscreants who impersonate to be SBI Life employees. offices of IRDAI or any insurance company.

                          Thank you Team for taking this issue seriously and sure I'll raise the concern with Local Police. BTW, I received another Phishing call and that person also claimed that he is also from SBI... his named himself as "Rajiv" and his contact number is [protected].

                                Amazon had initiated refund 10 days ago of rupees 549 to sbi bank account but amount didn't credited to my sbi bank account. Is bank didn't responding to that refund? How much time it will take to get credited in my bank account. I had called to amazon customer care and they are just saying that they have initiated refund to bank account. While bank customer care didn't helping in this matter at all.

                                  A refund of 5732/- rupees was successfully processed on 15 oct, 2018 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account, but i have not received the refund till now.

                                  I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund.
                                  Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                                    The purchase happened on 26th may and till now the cashback is not credited in my account and my sbi account is[protected].

                                    The cost paid is 26, 000.

                                    The invoice number is gsi/2tna/1993 purchase from poorvika mobiles, t. Nagar branch.

                                    Please do the needful immediately.

                                      I had done transaction of Rs.25, 000 on 1st July by phonepe App. Unfortunately transaction was failed. I called phonepe customer care so many times for refund but they people are not cooperating with customers.. they are giving such an irrelevent reasons to not solving the problem. When i call phonepe CC they say contact your bank. But when i contact the bank they say contact your 3rd party application CC. You will only get the refund from where you had done the transaction, "bank is not here to entertain the 3rd party application users". Then I went to the branch. There i met to 'service manager' (i don't know what his name is) and explained entire problem. At the end service manager only said that """was i told you to download and use the phonepe. I am not here to entertain you go and register the complaint to phonepe and now leave i have lot of work to do.""" That service manager was really too rude. not only service manager but also the other staff. They never listen to customer. They really don't have the manners how to behave with customers. Once my mom was there to withdraw the money by cheque but that lady insulted my mom saying that this is your husband's cheque so i can't give you the money. That cheque was signed by my dad even though she refused. I request you to please help me out... No one listen to me. How can I get the refund. Please help.
