On 12 april 2019 I went to ATM to take money as ATM Machine started counting the power supply stopped and ATM machine got shut down .After power supply started I waited the money to come out of the ATM .But nothing happened .I complained to SBI customer care but my has not recredited to my account so far .for how long should i wait for the resolution of my problem

    This is to inform you that my account has been debited 41/- using my debit card in the name of OTHPG. I didn't use the transaction. Even I didn't give the debit card details to anyone. I called customer care number but none of them not responding. I request corresponding authority resolve this issue. Actually when somebody using my card without my notice how would they debit my card as I didn't do that transaction and never gave to anyone.
    Please resolve the issue

      I am santosh kumar holding a sbi credit card ([protected]). My card was hacked and debited by rs.44, 367 and rs.11, 964 on 17th august 2017. When i raised a dispute, this amount got settled by sbi.
      But issue is that sbi has charged and auto debited rs. (9823+1038) for the above transaction claiming excess fee, exchange rate and other fees.

      When i raised a new dispute (Dispute ref no.[protected] for the same, they replied that there were no transcations reflecting in my account and closed my card. I further sent multiple mails showing them the proof of the transcations, despite there was no communication from them.
      Its been more than a year this issue remains unsloved for me. We also filed a complaint to ombudsman kolkata (Complaint number: [protected]) but there is no response from them.

      I hope this is the best platform to get issue solved. Hence requesting you to settle my amount (Rs. (9823+1038) by sbi asap.

      I am yours one of tha custumor .here i am so unsatisfy about this type of deduction sum of 295 rs. So many times Without our agreement.no rights to any bank to deduct like this ..please recover my amount which was transffered with the process you done.

        Sir i am serving in crpf. I have an para military service package (Pmsp) account bearing no.- [protected] in the state bank of india, mantown, sawai madhopur, rajasthan, code no. Sbin0004628. My account has been activated more than 15 year and i have applied 2 times at the concerned branch for a silver atm card. But after a period of 6 months i am unable to get this. Kindly instruct the authority to do it as soon as possible to get the service please. I have need two atm card for pmsp account

        I have transferred 2000 on phonepe application on 01/04/2019. transaction done but payment not credited to the receiver.
        pls do the needful.and refund my amount.
        In my Senior Citizen Savings Scheme Account No. [protected] I have deposited Rs. 100000/. But this has been reduced to Rs. 99792/, shortage of Rs. 208/. Please restore the balance to Rs. 1 lakh by reverting the intrest paid to me from my SB account no [protected].
        An amount of 295rs is deducted from my account without my prior permission, can you please respond how you deducted that amount as soon as possible

          Hi,

          I had raised multiple queries however i havent received any reply from officials of bank. I am following up on mail, phone however officials are not even bother to respond to mails or phone
          - Wrong debit : My home loan account was debited for a loan insurance, however my loan insurance account is already closed
          - Not received a cheque: Received a letter from SBI Life insurance that I have not encashed cheque no. 819533 dated 7th Sept 2018 of INR 1484/-
          As per letter there was an excess payment of premium and this cheque was issued against refund., however not received any such cheque

          Every time I have to follow up atleast for couple of months to get resolution even to simple queries and this is my third encounter.
          Is this a way SBI works??? I highly regret my decision to transfer my home loan SBI.

          Sir, i have the SBI account of singtam east sikkim and while trying to take out money from ATM in canara bank at bihar purnea, on 8th april, 3 pm, my money got deducted but it has not came out from ATM machine, please see to the issues

            I hold an account with sbi jalahalli branch i had deposited on 27th mar 19 in sbi rpc layout a cheque drawn on sbi yeshwanthpur issued to me but the cheque has not been honoured with the remark non home. Is sbi not having core banking facility? The bank did not inform either of the parties and they gave me back the cheque when i went to enquire about the same after a week.

            Refund amount of 469 has been processed by Amazon.in on 2/4/19. As per Amazon.in it will take 3-5 business days. But the amount in not credited yet in my account.

                I had applied for a irctc sbi platinum card, then after called from customer care, i check application status in online, there mention that,

                "we regret to inform you that your sbi card application could not be
                Processed since it does not meet our policy. We thank you for your
                Time."

                I have given all the documents. Please tell me what are the reasons for rejecting my application. And how to apply again.

                  I am user of sbi internet banking and i have registered my personal jio mobile phone for getting high security password in the bank branch almost two years ago around, till now i never got any otp through that mobile number. I have complained in my nearest branch two times but couldn't help to fix the odd, now i hope you will provide any source to fix my otp issue

                    My self fariyad ahmad s/o aftab alam.
                    I have a savings account in sbi bank
                    My savings account no is [protected]
                    Ifsc code is sbin0001238
                    My aadhaar no is[protected]
                    I have linked my aadhaar card to my sbi savings account and sbi bank activated
                    Aadhaar link staus. Then i have checked bank linking status in npci mapper.
                    They have not show my sbi linking status.
                    Npci mapper is showing bank linking status is inactive and bank name is showing airtel payment bank in npci mapper and airtel payment bank is already closed
                    I have many time link aadhar card in sbi bank they have activated in npci mapper and saying your aadhaar is active in npci mapper and npci mapper is showing bank linking status is inactive
                    I have face many problems to it please link my aadhaar card in npci mapper of state bank of india india as soon as possible.

                    Dear sir/madam,

                    I padaya ranjanben having account no - [protected] with your state bank of india. I had visited my home branch many times for adhar seeding but I am highly disappointed every time that they didn't link my adhar card[protected] with my account. So I am unable to get benefit of subsidy benefit of government schemes.
                    So kindly look into the matter and link my adhar card with my bank account in npci as soon as possible.

On 11th apr, 2019 they deducted 1699 from my account. I called cpp customer care to deactivate immediately. After that he deactivate that.                           I tried to withdraw rs 5000 from my icici bank account through a sbi atm. After i had given the pin and amount and when it started processing, the atm power went off and i did not receive any money. But when i checked my balance, 5000 rupees was deducted. I made a complaint to icici and they said it would be refunded in 7 days. The 7 day time period got over on april 12, 2019. I still have not received my money back. Icici says the sbi has not responded to their request of refund.

                            This is regarding payment done on dated (11-apr-2019) i was doing payment of around 1 lakh 4 thousand rupees (Rs. 104142/-) for bike (Bajaj avenger 220 cruise abs) through paytm using debit card but payment was failed and my account is debited with the name of othpg paytm with rs. 50000 (Fifty thousand) without any message. Eagerly waiting to hear from you. Please give me a solution, i have compliant to my bank and to paytm but they have not gave me any satisfactory answer so i request please provide me a solution.

                              I am one of the sbi credit card holder, i have receiving continuously fake calls from different mobile nos. Like -[protected], [protected], since last two week. Every time they offered free rewards points on my credit card and after that they ensure that these points have to converted in case back on the credit card.
                              After that they ask for my credit card number and expiry date and other personal detail etc. Every time i have warn them please don't ask these kind of detail to me. When i inquired about their business they always immediately cut the phone.in my office who are working with me also received same fake call from the same mobile numbers which are mention above.
                              I only want to please take some strict action against these kinds of peoples.

                                I withdrew rs 5000 from sbi atm located at rambagh colony, gwalior on 03 april 2019 by using my icici bank debit card. I got 10 notes of denomination of 500 and kept the same in my wallet. On the same day while doing some purchasing, i noticed one note bearing no. 2se 487996 is torn. I went to the sbi ram bagh colony branch on the next day and given an application for replacing of note but concerned officer has not receipted my application by saying that the atm is filled by sbi branch, bada, gwalior thus go there they might do something. The attitude of the officer was not good. I had withdrawn the amount from their atm thus they should have replaced my note. Please take proper action to get the torn note replaced.

                                  On 4th april, all the amount of my top loan is deducted from my saving account for pre closer till the time branch manager of sindhi colony, bani park, jaipur, rajasthan was talking with me. But after that i neither received any noc/ loan closer confirmation even on mail, neither they are picking my call on land line or mobile.

                                  Before this incident also when i applied for mclr change of my home loan in may'2018 then also they take approx 2-3 months for this change till then the roi was further increased. At the time this person was operational manager and looking for loans. And now he is branch manager.

                                  For each and every silly thing i need to take flight from one end of india to jaipur just due to loan with this bank or branch. Taking loan from this bank is given me more financial set back which i will never be able to recover with it's lower interest rate.

                                  That was my extremely wrong decision of mine when in 2015 i transferred by loan to sbi.

                                      I have taken a policy in dec 2018 from nalagarh main branch, himachal pradesh. Printed policy received by me on 24/12/18 by post. It has many mistakes like wrong dob, wrong fathers name, wrong nominee name etc. I have submitted the policy back to mr. Bonit rana dealing hand of sbilife. Till now i have not received it back. Please do the needful asap.
