Dear team,

My name is ravi, on 16th march, 2019 one of your executive/agent named mr. Ayush has called me from a umber [protected] and apprised me that on the basisi of my employer's record with the sbi i am being offered a sbi elite credit card which has a annual charge of rs. 4999/- absolutely free for life time. On questioning him further on this, he informed me that this card would be free irrespective whether i spend or not with this card. He assured me that in this regard i would also receive a email/sms from sbi informing me that the card is life time free. He further stated that i would receive 3 verification call and for the first 2 calls sbi executive would state that the card has annual fee of rs. 4999/-, however before processing the same i would receive an email from sbi informing that the card is life time free.
However, to my dismay i have not received any email/sms from sbi about the life time free status of the card. On checking the status, my sbi card application is being shown as approved and the card will be
Shortly. I had also formally lodged a complaint with sbi helpline on this and i am awaiting for a reply.
Please note that i have all the call recordings and the messages that were transpired between me and your executives.

      I am ramesh gaddam customer of sbi bank and has sbi savings bank account with [protected], gudivada main branch (0841). I see that 295 rupees being debited to investment intermedi not one or twice but nearly 3 times and 2 times same month at feb 2019 just with in 15 days. This is not the 1st time. It happened a lot of times before. This is so bad, at first time sbi deducted 295 /- cheque charges on nov 2018 then i was totally closed my relationship with bajaj fincance on dec 2018 and i got all noc from bajaj finance.. But sbi deducted again and again 295/- from my account on[protected] to transfer-chrg recvd-mandate fail txn dt.30/11/18bajaj fina — and[protected] the reason is to transfer-chrg recvd-mandate fail txn dt.30/11/18bajaj fina — how can you charge this 295 /- i have all noc from bajaj finace. U cannot take our money like this. This fraud. Atleast what kind of charges are these i don't understand. And please help me get my money back. Don't fool us with such non-sensible charges. I want my money... If this the my not get back i will proceed through court legally..

        I got refund form the amazon but it is not reflected in my account they have also given the refrence no. To me of their transcation.. But whenever i call the sbi customer care they said we can't help u in that... You have to concern with amazon.. And the main branch never pick ups the call... It is like making fool the customer of sbi... The refund amount is 219... I have made the transaction on 6 march and the refund time was on 19 march... But whenever i call sbi they said we can't help uh... And the main branch is never going to pick up your call.. And even can't speak well.

          Dear sir,

          I have been using sbi credit card (Name : sathish kumar i) for more than two years and also recently i have failed to make my credit card payment on time since nov 2018 but i have been paying partial amount due to issues with current employment in my final settlement getting delay.
          There are 3 emi ongoing in my account but they are charging more interest charges compare to normal charges and also i have initiated balance transfer for my full outstanding amount from my other bank card but it was rejected due to some technical reason.
          Everyday i am getting minimum 5 to 7 calls from sbi, they sent whatsapp message seem like threaten message from sbi division manager.
          Recently, i was checked in my credit card statement and i was shocked for other chargers from nov 2018 to mar 2019 (Rs.12132/-).

          Please find the below details for breakup
          On nov 2018 - others charges (Fin+late+each emi charged) - rs-2882/-
          On dec 2018 - rs-2466/-
          On jan 2019 - rs-2026/-
          On feb 2019-rs-2240/-
          On mar 2019-rs-2518/-

          Totally they charged rupees 12132/-, but i paid some partial amount for the period. Please find the attachment for my proof of my payment and extra charges charged from bank side and also whatsapp message screenshot which i received from sbi agent and let me know if you need any further information required.

          Note:please verify my proof and take necessary action to provide justice.

          Its not yet resolved but they just called and says "As per the systematic charges" and also SBI executive was not able to listen my explanation.

          Dear Sir, I have been using SBI credit card(Name: Sathish Kumar I) for more than two years and also recently I have failed to make my credit card payment on time since November 2018 due to not receiving salary from my current working company but I have been paying a partial amount due to problems with current employment in my final settlement being delayed.My account contains 3 EMIs ongoing, but they charge more interest charges compared to normal charges and I also initiated Balance Transfer from my other bank card for my full outstanding amount, but it was rejected due to some technical reason. Every day I receive at least 5 to 7 calls from SBI, they send whatsapp messages as threatening messages from SBI Division Manager. I was checked in my credit card statement and I was shocked by other chargers from November 2018 to April 2019 (Rs.14650/-).On NOV 2018 — other charges(Fin+Late+each EMI charged) — Rs-2882/- On Dec 2018 — Rs-2466/- On Jan 2019 — Rs-2026/- On Feb 2019-Rs-2240/- On Mar 2019-Rs-2518/- On Apr 2019-Rs-2518/- Totally charged rupees 14650/-. They're torturing over the phone and whatsapp message but then I took jewel loan from the local shop and paid 30, 000 for the period. Please find the attachment for my proof of payment and extra charges charged from the bank side and also whatsapp message screenshot that I received from the SBI agent. Please verify my evidence and take the necessary steps to provide justice and let me know if you need further information. Note: SBI executive called my number after my registered complaint and they didn't listen to my explanation instead of disconnecting my call after warding no response.                 Unauthorized transaction
                There were multiple number o[censored]nauthorized transactions from my sbi account on the 17th march 2019 from 4.30 pm to 5.30 pm. Using my debit card, without my knowledge and without any otp. My debit card and my mobile phone was in my possession all the time.
                The above transactios were done in the name of google proxima beta.
                Kindly look into this and request for a refund.

                  I am customer of SBI bank and has SBI Savings Bank Account with one debit card. RBI has asked Banks to provide ATM debit card with chip which is more secure by Dec 2018. But SBI now provided debit card with chip which i didnt not request as i was not using the old debit card. They now charged AMC for my old debit card and new debit card with chip issued by SBI without my consent and deducted AMC for both the cards.

                  If i ask SBI manager, he doesnt care the customer and tells that you compliant whom ever you what but AMC cant be refunded as you have not activated the old card but we didnt ask for the new debit card with chip.

                  Please request you to register complaint on the SBI bank as they are looting customers money doing such things without consent of the customer.

                  Hope i get justice to the issue customer are facing with the banks and their rude managers.

                    My father expired on 25 november 2017 and there was no due in credit card we have already informed the credit card division when the cistommer executive called for not again the service already informed his death status and asked to close the card now yesterday again received call from executive stating there is 5000 outstanding we have already destroyed the card and not used since nov 2017 kindly cancel the card.                       I got the below message on my registered mobile number [protected].
                      Transaction of rs.199.00 made on sbi credit card xx1054 without effecting add'nl factor of authentication mandated by rbi, at icl*amazon standing in on 23 mar 19.

                      I see in my sbi card app that the transaction is in 'in process' state.

                      Please investigate this and cancel the transaction.

                      Let me know if you feel my card's security is compromised and if that's the case what are necessary steps i should take.

                        I did the transaction on 14th march at around 5:22 in the evening. The amount 5000 inr got deducted from my bank account but i did not get the cash or the receipt. I registered a complaint at the online complaint centre of sbi on the same day i. E. 14th march.
                        As per their terms i should have got the amount back in my account under a week. But it has been 10 days so far.
                        The ticket number for the complaint was [protected].
                        The atm machine was canara bank, a. M. U. Post office branch, aligarh.
                        The bank account is sbi, topsia, kolkata.

                          I am a customer from mumbai india. One month ago, i have opened a saving account in sbi bhandup (West) mumbai branch (Ifsc= sbin0000562), by completing all the account opening formalities and i got welcome kit and also i activated online banking too. Now, i used to transfer some money urgently and i am performing imps fund transfer facility through online banking. Problem is that everytime when i am doing this, it displays an error message...

                          My name is zeeshan haider, credit card number: ([protected]) and i had taken a credit card from sbi and the same was settled by emi on emi (Have settlement letter) * 6 months.

                          The emis never came to my bank on time but however came and got cleared till 4 emi and last 2 emi got bounced.

                          Later rep from the recovery team came and asked for the two cheque bounced payment saying only if these two payments are made the settlement will hold good if not void.

                          So i made payment by cash.

                          Now the total settlement amount i may had to pay is cleared from my side.

                          Requesting you to kindly look in to this matter and help me to get noc letter from sbi credit card.

                              Kindly help me to refund my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi. So many times i bear this issue n already share this customer care by toll free calls but never get resolution. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. And i never invest in mutual funds. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

                                Dear sir

                                A refund of 1047 rupees was successfully processed on 20th feb 2019 to my account no: [protected]. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                                I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                                I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund and transaction no: is 478667

                                Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                                  SBI Credit card charges more charges than purchases.

                                  for the month of February i have received 4029 Minimum due and my current outstanding showing 48058.00
                                  but as per statement my usage was 2315/- and they have added charges of Rs 2498/-incl
                                  Fin charges on retail - 1033.03
                                  P&L charge on Loan 87.57
                                  late payment charges 950.00
                                  IGST 18% - 426.00

                                  i am having only 1 purchases which converted in to EMI that amount is 15737/- but they are showing 48058.00
                                  they are charging late payment charges without sending credit card statement.

                                  i have called many times related with statement issue but still they are not sending any statement.
                                  i am mentally get harassed with SBI card call center because they don`t have proper information about charges added on my account

                                  as per my knowledge outstanding amount to be shown 15737/- which is converted in EMI.

                                  i dont know why they are showing that much 49179.05 outstanding.
                                  when i asked for full n final payment call centre guys said pay 48058.00.

                                  but why should i pay that much charges.if my usage is 15737/-
                                  this problem i am facing every month

                                    This is totally unfair with the customer without using the card how can i pay annual fee charge. I have not even generate pin of the card.

                                    Kindly revert my annual fee charge and make it as zero so that i can use this card.

                                      This is totally unfair with the customer and it took away the faith from sbi credit card. Without using the card how can i pay annual fee charge. I have not even generate pin of the card.

                                      When i got call from customer care representative they mentioned about card details and it was also not discussed that annual fee charge will be applicable at the beginning of the card issue.

                                      When i raised any complaint customer executive told me that we are under process. And it took around 25 days for further processing. Within that also processing fee got increased.

                                      After long time customer executive was saying that we have already informed you, i did not even get any call regarding my complaint.

                                      It's a humble request please clear the annual charge from my card.
