I didn't wanted this card named SBI PULSE. I applied for SBI SIMPLY CLICK card. But this card was being booked instead of my denial. And now I haven't even received this card. So why are you sending me these statements? Also, I didn't wanted this one. I haven't received the credit card yet and I do not know the card no and last 4 digits of card. So, how am I supposed to open the statement which you are being sending again and again to me? How am I supposed to do any payment if nothing is visible at my end. You also said to flip the SBI PULSE card to SBI SIMPLY CLICK. But, that also didn't work. I have two more credit cards of Federal Bank and Standard Chartered Bank, but unlike you they are far more responsible and give and take feedbacks on regular basis. You are only sending emails which are not even answering my queries regarding the same.
