There are many issues with your credit card processing recently. I was trying to pay my credit card bill since 28th October and it keeps on failing. When I was reaching out to SBI, they told that the issue is on hdfc bank gateway which I was paying. But, when I checked with HDFC it is not having any issue.
Due to this, my payment got delayed and you have recovered late payment fee as well, for an issue which SBI Card system had. This is totally unacceptable and I need it to be reversed with priority.
Also, I had tried to apply for Flexi pay and it resulted in failure and error. So, I paid the full amount. But when I was checking my statement the next month, it is again converted to Flexi pay without my knowledge. How can a failed flexi pay automatically applied again?
Now, I am not sure how much money I have lost because of such fraudulent and improper activities of SBI Card.

Either, you rectify all my issues and return back the Late payment fee and fines if any with immediate effect. Otherwise, I will raise the complaint against SBI card with Banking ombudsman and bring you to the consumer forum.
