I am (T. Ayyappan) having SB account in State Bank of India, Mylapore Branch, Chennai . IFSC code no. SBIN0000965.

I submitted the cheque book request form on 18-01-19 but till today i have not received the same. Today when i went to bank and enquired personally with a Senior Bank official, he said their chennai branch might have sent by post and asked me to go to post office and find out. How can i go to post office and enquire about my cheque book without any despatch details. The concerned official is totally irresponsible person and he is not giving any proper response. I don't think any customer can wait for 2 weeks to get cheque book. Please look into this issue and provide me justice immediately.

Received the Cheque book immediately after registering the Complaint.
State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I requested for cheque book for my SBI SB a/c by filling up the application for the same. I got an SMS on 20March2020 giving speed post docket number. But the tracking revealed that the docket number is wrong. Phone to redress the complaint ends with their regreting, but pleading helplessness. The branch doe not pick up phone. Need a solution

    I have placed order on flipkart of Rs 882 but order was not successful but amount deducted from my SBI ACCOUNT. Flipkart authorities says that no amount is received at their centre.       Subject: Charge dispute "Refund never processed"

      Dear sir

      A refund of Rs.2441.80 was processed successfully on[protected] to my account. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

      I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

      I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

      kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.
      My home branch is Meri branch, SBI, Nashik.

        Today morning i have received a sms that your account 's 1200 rs debited for investment intermedi. Where i don't have any insurance, policy any such thing with sbi.
        It's just normal saving account.
        Without my approval this amount is deducted from my account.
        I want refund my money as soon as possible..

            I got message from sbi that collect your chip debit card from branch.. But when i approch to the branch very rude behavior from staff and replied that come after one or two days.. Rajkot main branch.. He has to just see my envelope and give it to me but than also he replied that system is down and nothing can be done... This is not the way of giving reply

                Insted solving my issue SBI agents are calling me asking for card CVV and OTP number which message say The One Time Password (OTP) for your online transaction on WWW MI COM for INR 31998.00 on your SBI Card no.XXXXXXXXXXX. I have not shared the OTP so my issue was marked as solved. If i share then they will use money of 31998. ### service need solution for my paid money and settlement.

                Fraudulent activity.

                My issue was not solved.

                Collections team is very wors.

                  Hi This is Deepak Chouhan From Indore I was Apply for SBI Credit Card on 12/01/2019 with reference No I rec[protected] after 2 Days An call Received me From SBI Inquiry & they ask abt my All detail & told me to An executive come to my office & collect my document ( Aadhar card, Pen card, Photo, My Other Bank Credit Card Photo copy & Last Month Statement of Other Credit card) After 1 Day bank executive come & collect from me all Above document photo copy With self attested and also take my sign on SBI Card form after that after 15 days when i check my status with Above mention reference no they told me to my application is rejected due to incompleteness, when its incomplete or anything reason you reject my application so you have to give back my all sign document back simple is that, if its go wrong way or anyone misuse it then what i will do, So my request is that give back all my sign document, no matter is application rejected after that i will close my a/c to from SbI or all relation from bank,

                      Sir, i have a sbi bank account in sbi baharagora branch, bearing ac no. [protected], my para malitary silver atm card has expired due some banking related issue. I've applied a request application in the bank but they are not responding yet now. Plze resolve my problems as soon as possible. I have no such debit card to make transaction and facing to much deficulties.

                        Sir, i have done a transaction of 1500 on 26 jan through paytm upi from my axis bank account to my own sbi account. Paytm shows successful. I checked sbi statement. Till now i didn't get the money. Upi reference id[protected]. My name is santanu jena. I have called both paytm and sbi. They ignored any responsibility regarding this. Sbi told money is with sbi. And paytm told money is with paytm.. Please give me the money soon. I need it

Online karna hu toh error mssage aata hai ki (Cheque book not avaible on this account). Then aaj mai branch manager se mila aur kitne der wait karne ke baad unhone kaha ki aapke account pe cheque book nhi mil sakta maine kaha kuy toh woh bolne lage ki aapka account financial enslucive hai aur toh maine kaha account transfer kar ke kar dijiyeh saving mai par koi response nhi mila

                            I have transfer 800 rupee to my friend in 23 jan 2019 through phone pay he receive the money but suddenly the money reback but yet money has not deposited in my account. Tody is 7 days when will i get my money back, i have called phone pay customer care and explained about my problem the did not listen that why i am writing this complaint to u. Please, please refund my money to my bank account. Hence i will great full to u.

                              A refund of 45990/- rupees was successfully processed on 22 jan 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                              I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                              I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund and refund reference number is 566745.

                              Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                                I made of transaction of rs2000 from paytm payments bank to state bank of india on 15th december through upi.. Money is debited from paytm and it is not credited into sbi account.. I had a contact with paytm regarding this and paytm people were like we have confirmation from state bank that money is already been credited into account.. It's been 45days money is not yet credited.. Upi reference id is[protected]

                                    From investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

                                      Hello sir,
                                      *subject:sbi credit card transaction dispute.*
                                      On 25/12/2019 suddenly i got sms stating 37800 rs. Merchant name prince bawarchi hyderabad transaction is done but due to insufficient credit limit transaction got declined then next transaction done of 1000 rs and transaction got complete then next transaction done of 17000 but declined due to insufficient then next transaction debited of 9000 rs then immediately i called up sbi card and blocked my card then again i got sms 12000 rs transaction done but declined due to blocked.
                                      1) total limit in my card is 50000/- which i already used around 48190 is that time my credit limit was 1810 so how 1000 & 9000 transaction completed without my concern how sbi increased my limit and now they charged me on overlimit.
                                      So next day i went my local police station they said go to cyber cell navi mumbai & inform them they will take necessary action so accordingly i went there and registered compliant on 26/12/2018 and they said to inform you local police station also so accordingly i did. Also i inform sbi card department they said submit transaction dispute form accordingly i filled and got reply it will take 120 days to solve this issue.
                                      So accordingly after so may follow up mails done by my side today they mail me 👇🏻

                                      The investigation for these transactions has been completed. _
                                      *we confirm that the transactions are valid as they have been performed on card present transaction and have been authenticated by the pin number hence the liability for the transactions rests with cardholder.
                                      Since the card is still in your possession, we urge you to clear the outstanding balance at the earliest to avoid further late fee and finance charges on your card account.
                                      We are therefore closing the dispute from our end*

                                      So i called up sbi card customer care but they are not interested to listen anything i called up 4 times and they disconnected my call 4times this type of service we are getting form sbi bank.& still i have not received call back from the sbi. So i approach cyber cell what happen about my complaint they said we have done 4 reminders dut bank is not responding if sbi card is not responding cyber cell so how they can reply me to investigation is completed.
                                      So kindly help me in this dispute. Who is responsible for this thing.
                                      I am totally i tired and frustrate with sbi card customer care, sbi charge back team. They are not even answering and giving status of raised dispute.

                                        Following two unauthorized transactions were made through my sbi visa debit card ending in 6232 linked to google play store app for subscriptions that were on trial period. The subscriptions were cancelled before the date of first charge but the following charges were deducted online, from my savings bank account number [protected], sbi sultanpur branch, new delhi. The unauthorized transactions have been denied by google play store customer support department as well as the application that offered the subscription service. They have asked me to check with the bank in light of fraudulent/unauthorized transactions. Kindly look into the following two transactions reflected in my bank account and refund the amount that has been fraudulently taken from my account. Please notify me through email or phone linked to the aforementioned bank account number.

                                        22 january 2019 — by debit card-othpg[protected]google *grindr llc[protected]. Amount — 570 inr

                                        26 january 2019 — by debit card-othpg[protected]google *services[protected]. Amount — 1 inr
