I have made a transaction of 227 for a order on amazon on 19 dec 2018 after 3 days i cancelled the order. According to amazon they refunded the amount but it doesn't reflect in my account. When i contacted to amazon they share me refund refrence number for the transaction.

So pleas consider my request and refund the amount as fast as possible.

Way of talking is not good. There is irritate the customer. Kindly do that immediate action. And we want apply for OAP at the amount of rupees 1000 but we expense of more than rupees 1000. And we not get it OAP right now.
Sbi bank customer care also very poor.
My SBI bank account is frequently debited with rs 295 from me SBI ACC number [protected]with IFSC CODE SBIN0000602 Agra main branch, request to kindly refund my money many times deducted from my bank account so please check and refund my money

I Jayashri Kailas Tambe SBI SB account holder at Gokulngar, pune had purchase on amazon and return that item.So Amazon has issued refund amount 4799.20 dated on[protected] with refrence no 778931 but till now it is not credited in my account. I had talk to manager then call center but no processing .Kindly do the needful.

    Dear team,

    Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

    Dear team,

    Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

    30 november 2018 to 2 december 2018 now did not refund 3 time already compalint
    I have purchased mobile on Oct, 2018 through Amazon with 6 months EMI option of 5726, but from November 2018 in each bill SBI putting additional interest 5% on every EMI, still I have to pay more 4 EMI, I don't know why these SBI looting money from small customers. Please resolve my issue.

      In atm cash deposit machine not working properly about 2 months i tell bank manager he says engineer come will see about problem i did not help you
      Atm machine says machine not working properly
      Iam a bank customer of 10 years in sbi branch i have 10 account my job is transcation money so was deposit weekly
      In bank there was a big line of customers
      So i deposit in through atm machine
      About 2 month the atm deposit machine was not working properly
      I request please resolve the problem

      I had done UPI transaction via SBI Anywhere App but amount is not credited to beneficiary account and amount is deducted without any transaction.

          I submitted life certificate on 2nd november, 2018 in sbi, main branch, noida but the pension has not been credited in my a/c. For want of the same. I visited bank on 31.12.2018 and i was informed that due to mistake the same was not updated. They assured for the payment with in 2 days but still the problem is same. Suddenly stop of payment invites financial constraints as the person is not ready to face the same.

            I sachin kumar sbi account holder my concern is that 295rs has been unknowingly deducted from my bank account to investment intermedi dated on 3/01/2019 at 11:14am. On being asked respective bank said this amount debited on behalf of bajaj finance but when i called to bajaj care they deny about such transaction.

              14000 rupees stuck in sbi cdm machine (Atm id: s5ng[protected] of rtc bus stand branch, kadapa and a written complaint also registered regarding this with sbi bank member of rtc bus stand branch.

              But it has been two days since no action is taken regarding the reversal of amount to my sbi account.

                On 2-1-19 i withdraw rs.20000 from sbi atm, kk nagar road ahmedabad (Gujarat).in that one note of rs. 500/-was torn out from right side upper part. Of course number of note on right side below & left side upper are intact & water mark is also completely visible.
                My home branch refused to exchange.
                My branch ifsc code is :sbinoo60453.
                I have read rbi guide line according to it bank can not say no. Phot copy of currency is attached.

                  I don't know why is investment intermedi deducting amount from my sbi account.
                  Today amount of rs. 4353 on 02.01.2019 has been deducted from my sbi bank account no.[protected], barra branch, kanpur in utter pradesh without any intimation and my permission. I have not registered with anything like this or approved of any such deduction. Pl. Stop any further deduction on said a/c and i want my money to be refunded as soon as possible or else i will file a case in consumer court.

                        On my retirement i deposited two cheques of my retirement benefits as under
                        05/06/2018 for rs 4913554
                        07/08/2018 for rs 11167370 in sbi saraswati vihar delhi both of which were govt cheques issued by delhi govt as my hard earned money of my retirement benefits
                        They were returned by them as they need to have two signatures in place of one and both belonged to sbi

                        The bank charged me rs 295 each time for this mistake of govt and none of my fault
                        When i approached the bank the bank authorities did not care to hear my plea and even rebuked as they said this will be charge as per bank procedure and can not be waived

                        I am premium customer of the bank and if the cheque did not bear the requisite signatures why did the bank sent them for clearing and the cheques were not returned because of any of my fault or the insufficient funds

                        No other bank is charging like this without caring for the reason of return

                        The authorities are requested to kindly look into matter andrefund my 590 rupees and also punish the guilty so that other customers of the bank are not harassed like this

                          I got refund confirmation with reference number 491970 from amazon but the amount is not credited to my sbi account.
                          Amazon.in refunded the amount of 999 rupees on december 22, 2018 and confirmed that i will see the refund in 3 to 5 business days. But now it's been 10 days and no update from sbi.
                          I want to know about my refund. It is done from amazon's end but not credited to my account

                            Sir! Today 02.01.2019 at 15:00pm i received call from cell no.[protected] and asked atm card no., cvv no., aadhar no. Telling that he is manager sbi mumbay. On beliving him, we given the above particulars along with otp rec'd by us. He attempted 3 times to make transactions from a/c. He started from rs.19999. The above transactions made to pos abipbl a/c (As i received sms from sbi.) pl. Do the needful and arrange to check such fraud.

                              This complaint is regarding withdrawal of cash from IDB atm my transaction got declined during processing and I did not received any cash from ATM. But after an hour my balance got deducted and received SMS that amount has been withdrawn.

                              I tried transaction 2 times for 3000 each. And I received SMS that amount has been deducted 2 times despite of the fact that during withdrawal I received message on IDB ATM screen that transaction has been declined by your bank.

                              I tried calling on customer care number but no one responded. I don't get this if there is no one to attend customer on customer care then why everywhere it is mentioned that contact on our customer care number.. Do SBI people think that public is fool. Is it so easy to fool public.. These PSU banks are good for nothing. No management at all.. They are just playing with public money.. I opened account in this bank thinking that these banks are easy to reach.. but today I got to know that these banks are good for nothing..

And i have received a text message on 7th August 2018 that your sbi debit card has been dispatched through speed post on 04/08/2018 and till now I did not receive any ATM CARD and while tracking the Speed post number I am getting as consignment details are not found. 5 Months are completed till now no ATM CARD and how is it possible for me to take the money? so please, resolve this as soon as possible

                                        I am an account holder of your bank and i have atm card from your bank. On 28/11/2018 i made an online payment to national institute of technology, warangal during an application on their online portal (Transaction id : [protected]igaevrwky2). An amount of rs. 1018.88/- was deducted but it was not paid to them and i could not proceed further. I had to pay again (Transaction id : [protected]igaevuqka8) to proceed for the application and completed successfully.

                                        I called to your customer support system twice and requested to lodge a complaint about this but they did not take it and assured that i shall receive my money back automatically after 3-4 working days. Surprisingly, still now i did not receive the money back. So, therefore i request your kindness to return my money as early as possible.
