Dear sbi team,

I am user of sbi stylup credit card. On.25.12.2018. I have received one call. After that automatically 30000 deducted from my credit card.

I was tried to call customer care.. But no one is responding. They told me u have to wait till 5 to 6 days.

Please help me to solve this.

First i blocked my card and 2nd i filed fir in police thane.

I had recd cheque of income tax refund amount rs 81260/-. But as account no mentioned was wrong, i had sent it to state bank of india, cash managemant product centre, survey no. 26, ganchibowli, hyderabad - 500019 for making correction in my account no and issue me the corrected cheque.

I had sent it on 03.12.2018 but till date, i have not recd refund cheque.

I have been billed twice for an amount of 8300 in my account. This transaction was done in the month of June 2018. I have applied for only one atm card but two atm cards have been issued and charges are deducted from my bank account which is not fair as i didn't applied for the second card. Kindly take the necessary action and do the needful. It shall be highly appreciable at this end.
