Sir,
I am very much surprise that number 1 bank of india i. E. Sbi has kept such kind of staff who do not know how to behave with customer also they do not know what to do with customer and what not to do with very customer such kind of people lay down bank image. Please go through my complaint below and need action against the person.
This is to bring your notice that my saving account is in your sbi munshi puliya branch lucknow your branch code is 11213. I am here complaining you this branch is worst branch i have ever seen they do not know how to speak to customer and how to behave with customer specially some mr. Kamal kumar srivastava told me that customer is nothing for us he is abusing me in front of so many customer and told me do whatever you want to do no body will in sbi is taking any action against me.
He is doing very rude behavior with me the person like kamal kumar is making bad brand image of sbi.

This is to inform you that since last four days i am visiting this branch on regular basis for my work to be done, due to non operational me my account is closed people in your branch ask me to update kyc for that you have to carry id and pan details.
I have submitted the same and got receiving of the same because same day work is not done by your branch because portal of sbi is not working as per them so i returned.

Again today i. E. On 01/01/2019 i have visited for same work and to withdrawn some amount from my account after 30 min of waiting they person sitting on counter no 4 is that your kyc is not updated due to some technical region so i have go to meet your branch manager of the same branch at that point mr. Kamal kumar srivastava is sitting there and he behaved very rudely without watching my details he did following misconduct with me —

1.) he told me you are criminal because you have operated two account in sbi i wanted to know is it crime?
2.) he thrown my paper and abuse me.
3.) after that again i am asking him how to withdrawn my money from my account.
4.) at that time he told me you write a letter to me that for transfer of my account to another branch because i will assure you that this branch is not going to give any service to you.
5.) at counter no.4 lady told me that you can withdrawn your money there is no issue but mr. Kamal told me that he will assure that at any cost you can not withdrawn my amount.
6.) when i asked his designation than he told me he is the only person who can handle this branch without his permission nobody will do anything his behavior is very much rude.

Due to this behavior of sbi person i am very hope less and try to speak some higher authority and called your rm amit jog on his number [protected] he is speak very politely and told me you wait few time their branch manger ms vandana mishra speak to you. After few time pass ms vanadan mishra called me from his contact number [protected] and ask me what problem i faced in branch i explain her all incident i also meat her two days back for same work that she told me she recognized me that i meet him she is not in the branch and told me that how can i believe you first i speak to mr. Srivastava than i let you know but no proper response received by her.

Requested you to please look in to the matter and do the needful if not received proper reply i will take legal action against your branch also filing a consumer complaint in a consumer forum.

    I am purnima from tilhar, A.M Marketplaces Pvt. Ltd. transfer the amount 378/-Rs on 1 Dec 2018 in my account but it is not credited to my account till now. After complaining so many times to customer care, no resolution till now. Please charge back the amount 378/Rs and provide the resolution.

      I have bank account in state bank of india. They are hold 4972.72 rupees in my account on 13th october 2018. Again another hold of 4972.72 on 15th october 2018. Total 9945.44 amount of hold in my account as they are considering lien amount. Even though i have no dues or loans to bank. They are hold amount in my bank account. I have approached my home branch and filed a complaint against this issue. They said that with in 7 working days your amount will be credited to your account. But it is not happened. I have contacted sbi customer service and file complaint so many times. But the amount of hold was not removed from my account. Please take the action and remove hold on my account

          I have submitted my life certificate to dealing manager mr satija of my sbi branch sector 12 dwarka delhi on 05 nov. He has given me receipt and told me that it will be uploaded. But he has not uploaded my life certificate inspite of my repeated requests. My pension has not been credited to my bank account. Please investigate & take remedial measures.             Dear sir, i am from rajasthan. I tried to open a new bank account in my area lachhamangarh sbi branch, dist. Sikar. The ifsc code is sbin0031124.
            I have submited my form to them 3 months ago. But they are not opening my account. Behaviour of their stafe is very bad. I have been through the branch many time but they refuse to open an account and saying to came again.

                I have taken a new car loan dt 12 june 2018 in sbi bharat nagar chowk branch ludhiana, since then my emi rs.15700/- was running smoothly. Without notice charges are imposing for non submission of rc copy which i was not aware. Rs 5900/- was deduct my loan account number[protected] dt 05.11.2018 & 05.12.2018, i said authorized person in loan department...

                  Hello,
                  My name is syed khaver hussaini. I've an account with sbi bank (Ifsc code :sbin0040699).
                  My problem is i'm not getting the otp on my registered mobile number. I'm not able to make any payments or transfers.
                  I've already complained this via sbi complaint portal (No:[protected]) but surprisingly it was closed without giving me any explanation at all. This is not a good customer service.

                    My self arpit sheth i have a saving account in sbi - gymkhana branch - rajkot my account number is...
                    [protected] i have open this account before 8 to 9 years and not doing any transaction after 7 to 8 year my account is inoperative then i submit kyc or 4000 rs as charges for balance maintance.. Then account is operative in my account 31000 credit on 5th december and 20th dec-2018 in my account debit for 295 rs 74 times total = 21830 rs debit to my account on 20th december 2018... So please provide the exact reason which amount should be charged for the account...

                      Subject: Charge dispute "Refund never processed"

                      Dear sir

                      A refund of 1099 rupees was successfully processed on 22 dec, 2018 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                      I have called the state bank of india customer service including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                      I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                      kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                        My account is in sbi bank new panvel east branch, from last 7 to 8 months bank will deducted 295 rupees i realy dont know what is this charges deduct from my account, when i visit branch they suggest me you open an new account and existing account do close, and the bank employee told me it is a your some kind of loan, i told him my previous loan is cleared

The names of pos are google shreyas s and google thegreen ab with amount rs 100 and 140 respectively. Hereby i request for refund of my money from bank. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

                              Recently if 1 year we stopped our credit cards by sending to cancel request by sms from my card at 6 months before
                              But at last month we had received a sms of pending balance of rs 590
                              But we had paid on online
                              But recent of this month also we had received a sms of 97 pending balance
                              But why we are not using our 2 cards
                              But why u r sending pending balance

                              My name is p. Venkata pavani
                              I had opened a new cc account for mudra loan at sbi branch in guntur ap (Sbi0005151) at 28th evening for asking from 10days at guntur branch (Ap)
                              My cc new account no is — . (

                              The accountant opened my cc account afer 10 days to opened a new account in sbi
                              They given new cc account no and told cash section closed come at morning & deposit 10;000 cc account balance at morning
                              Ok at 29th i had deposit in my cc account
                              But recent ly at 01/01/2019, i had received a dms of 590 min bal charges fir last month
                              What sir / there is any problem with me they only given new cc a/c no & told deposit at morning
                              But how 590 charges has been debited in my account
                              I opened a new shop & apply for mudra loan
                              Not usage & not sanctioned of mudra loan 590 has been debited as wasteless
                              Please check my a/c & bank details at what time they given my cc account in cameras also
                              Do useful to us & refund my 590 charges to my account asap
                              I have a good option on sbi
                              Please help us

                                I visited cash deposit machine to deposit cash of rs. 9500, i deposited it into the machine, it started counting my deposited cash, and the notification hardware error encountered popped up, i have not received any message yet about deposit, machine took the money already, also rhe machine is not started yet, it gets out of service often, i deposited at satara branch, at around 6.46 pm on 31st dec 2018.

                                    I (Mohankumar m a/c. No [protected] sbi bank vadavalli branch code no 5740 on 31/12/2018 @ 13:15 hrs transferred rs 8000 to tmb bank account no [protected]. Accidentally i typed the wrong account no. Of tmb bank. I met the operations manager of sbi bank vadavalli, coimbatore branch code no 5740 on the same day and also informed the matter. I also contacted the customer care of the sbi. I also contacted tmb bank.
                                    Ref :no of imps[protected]. Kindly take necessary process of retrieval amount of rs 8000 from the wrong beneficiary whose acc. No is [protected].

                                      I am hema bearing sbi bank punjbai bagh actually, i was withdrawn rs.10, 000 dt. 29/12/2018, from standard chartant atm in central mkt punjabi bagh branch.
