    This is regarding issue of failed payment using sbi debit card. On 04 march 2018 at around 1:50 am i was doing online payment using sbi debit card. There amount was deducted but payment was not successful. Amount that was deducted was 1000 rs.

    Also try to do it fast and in replying mail please tell in how many days this will be resolved.

          I deposit 10, 000 Rupees through ATM machine but when I checked my amount then only Rs/-9262
          Why this so much deduction occur of Rs- 738/- I really disappointed from this ATM services and when i call on your customer services they misguide me and even not properly give relevant information .
          So please help me out with this and tell me the complete information of my amount deduction and if there is possibility of refund let me know then, Kindly please revert me asap..

            A refund of 599 rupees was successfully processed on 22 February 2018 to my account by amazone. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

            I have called the state bank of india customer service and also state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

            I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

            Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

              Dear Sir,

              I have deposited Rs[protected]*11) in CDM, Mayur Vihar Phase-1 on 28.02.2018 through ATM Card but the transaction failed (transaction timed out) that time . Immediately the issue was conveyed to the ATM Guard, he provided me a form and asked me to fill and contact bank branch which is beside ATM.

              I have also visited SBI branch- Mayur Vihar Phase-1, several times to resolve this issue but nothing has been heard and branch officer told me that money is not deposieted yet, they will check it agian. Some day, ther said that tommorow will be credited. Nut still money is not credited in my account yet.
              how many time I have to go to SBI bank for enquiry.

                I payment 250 rs of my debit card ending 4 digit 5683 to railway recruitment board for a registration form number [protected] on 5 march 2.40pm but some technical issue payment was failed but it is debited and more than 1 days payment is can't refund to me.so please help to refund my money.

                  Totally waste of TATA SBI CARD and SBI Credit card both Are cheating

                  TATA SBI CARD Credit Limit is 10, 000

                  My complaints is I have already SBI Credit card and credit limit is 145000 - Now without information reduced SBI Credit card Limit is 135000 only because

                  Split the credit limit 10, 000 in TATA SBI CARD - and paid annual fee 499.00 this card and SBI Credit card annual fee 499.00 its fraud

                  I don't want TATA SBI Card - and I am not interest to pay annual fee 499.00 Please tell How to Cancel the TATA SBI Card.

                    On 06/03.2018, I have received an sms from SBI official portal that a sum of Rs. 295/- was debited from my Savings account no [protected] transferred to INVESTMENT INTERMEDI. This is third time, I have been complaining.

                    However, till date I have not made any investment to any of the above named company, neither taken any policy or so, ...it was a complete out of blue pop up to me and really don't have any clue on what ground this amount has been debited and how to recover it back.

                      This is Gaurav Singh. I was having SBI Credit Card. After all the due payment . I have closed the card. I have got a closer mail also that there is no due from my side. But in my civil report its showing -12/- current balance. So many times i send mail to them regarding this issue . But they are not bother to reply. I want to ask them when i have paid all the due amount than why its showing in my civil report. Kindly look in to this on urgent basis and do he needful at the earliest. I have attached the civil report copy and sbi credit card closer letter. request you to kindly remove -12/- from my civil report.

                        1) 06-Mar-2018 i received a message as in my account 1000 Rs was deducted.
                        I checked in my ONLINESBI transaction, it is not showing any reference number and to whom account the money was transferred.

                        2) In my account 2000 Rs is showing LIEN amount.
                        i want to know why my money was showing LIEN amount.

                          I made a transaction of rs 509 on second march 2018 for recharging my vodafone mobile number [protected] for the prepaid account. The vodafone company has not sent me any message in this respect nor was the recharge done. A similar transaction had been made previously too but though the recharge was not successful, the amount was refunded to my account after a few days. Kindly track the transaction and resolve my problem soon and oblige.

                            I had registeted a complain with state bank of india on 21 st february regarding payment gateway problem of rs 10000 .Sbi closed the complain on 5th march saying that the amount is credited on my account on 6th march but i had checked my account but rs 10000 rs is still not credited till yet.The customer care is also not helping me .But My money is still not credited .Kindly credit my money soon

                              Sir,
                              On 2nd march 2018 i have used my internet banking site for vodafone prepaid mobile recharge for an amount of rs 509. The transaction reference no. Given by the bank was igadagybk8. The transaction was done but the recharge was not made and hence no notification came from the side of the mobile service provider, vodafone. A similar recharge was had been made previously but the amount was credited back to my account after a few days. Please resolve it soon

                                  Last night i have surprised to receive an sms from sbi that one payment and two purchase has made by using my debit card of rs 4324/- around on 10pm (9.58 pm) while am in my room and the debit card ware in my custody and with out share received otp that payment has been made from my a/c.

                                  When am realise that i have been cheated then an their i call the customer care to block the card and complain (No.[protected] against this fraud.

                                  Therefore i request you to please look in to this serious issue as soon as possible and process to get my money back.

                                      Everybody had given their draft on spot.. But when my turn came... Bank employee said that u should make ur draft tomorrow... I said i need urgently today... He became angry and asked me to come after 2 hours.. Then u will get the draft

                                      Please take strict action against these partial employee. He is very slow in typing... He is taking the slips out of the lines... Security guard warn him.. But he did not. Listen... He is very non sense... Dont know how to talk.

                                      They have lost their keys...because their draft slips are finished...any they take lot of time to search the keys of their locker ...today i failed to submit my form because of your lazy and careless employee

                                        State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I have paid my NIOS fees Rs 750 through sbi net banking on 26 Feb 2018. Amount is deducted from my sb ac but not credited in nios ac. My fees is still pending.
