Amount of rs 1300 was deducted today in evening from my account by sbigen ghi. I want a refund straight away. This is no unacceptable. 1300 is not a less amount.

Please see this matter straight away. And do not debit any amount without my permission. I am so irritated my this.
And the deduction is done at that hour of the day when banks are closed.

    SBI will deduct the amount in account with out giving any information it's charging too high for not maintaining the min balance.They deduct 200 rs from my sb account without any reason..from past 5 months they deducting a amount.They tell us to maintain min balance in the account with out having a money for daily wages how can I maintain min balance.In ATM there's always showing out of service or no cash. In bank they do not responds to the customer.If I want to withdraw my money from my account using cheque in bank me I want to roam around 2 to 3 counters. There is a lot of communication gab between an constomer and an employee in bank they will not communicate with us in regional language..

        Same annual fee deducted,
        I seem to have only one card yet i am charged twice, i dont understand how this can occur.
        I have been charged an amount of 147 and 206 rs/ from my account,

        i can understand one but cant figure out why both deducted on the same day, i have just one card????
        I have not been provided an explanation, even thought i have gone to the bank(was asked to wait and not attended) in person and called them.

          On 17th Feb.2018, I wanted to make POS payment of Rs. 416 to SADANAND SUPER STORE at Surathkal north of MANGALURU at about
          11 . 10 am. Since the payment machine was not working, I made cash payment .
          However, I got a message at about 1.11 p.m. on my mobile that POS payment is done with txn #[protected] . I also find that this amount is debited to my account in my account statement on 19th Feb. 2018
          The person at Sadanand Store has shown the HDFC statements for that day and I did not see my txn in it . So I desire that the amout of Rs. 416 be refunded by credit to my account at SBI, NIT-K, Srinivasnagar P.O.

            Bank officials say my aadhaar is linked and seeded with the account I have. Still, I can't receive money through aadhaar. Everytime, the payment gets failed.
            It has been 2-3 months I'm facing the problem. I go to the bank, complain, they say the same thing again and again that in their system, everything is linked and seeded.

              Dear sir

              A refund of2099.00rupees was successfully processed on 13 february2018 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

              I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

              I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                I got a message from sbi that
                "Your A/C XXXXX331660 has a debit by transfer of Rs 147.50 on 25/02/18. Avl Bal Rs 21, 583.77. Download YONO @ www.yonosbi.com"
                Why is the amount cut from my account without any notice or reason specified.
                Also i hadn't made any transaction nor atm withdrawal or online shopping. I really want to know why my money is cut or I want my refund back.

                  I was offered an sbi credit card forcibly at mgf mall gurgaon in the month of june 2016.in the month of july 2016 i got my first statement of amount rs.9766 which i paid on time.in the next statement they added royal sundaram insurance policy which i refused to take as it wasnt told before. And requested to close the card. My card was blocked and since i didnt use the card i didnt get any call since then till june 2017.in june 2017 again royal sundaram installement got added in my card account and annual charges were added. Since then every month late charges of rs. 730 - 690 approx are getting added into my account and summed up to rs.5255 today. When i tried calling to sbi it say card not valid but i am getting threatening calls from sbi credit card department to pay otherwise ur name will be reflected in defaulters list of goi.

                  Now my problem is when i had requested to close the card and they assured the card is closed why is this happening. Also i cant talk to any responsible person as everytime call i receive is from some call center executive and i explain the whole problem. They would simply say we cant do anything either you pay or ur name will go to defaulters list.
                  I am getting tortured by sbi.
                  Plz do the needful at the earliest.

                  On 17.02.2018 I tried to withdraw Rs. 3500 from PNB ATM (IDN5020600) at 19:10 p.m., but transaction declined and Rs.3500 cut from my account.Please help me know when would I get my money back.

                    I had two current account, one in sbi and one in sbi, since sbt merged with sbi i thought of closing one account.. On 03 10 17 i gave letter to the accounts manager mr (Nitin) for closing the account after a month i was charged for non maintenance of minimum balance so i met the deputy manage mr sateesh and gave one more letter he promised me to close it at the earliest but nothing happened so in december i met the chief manager mr kaushik he told he ll refund the charges and asked me to continue in their branch and in spite of me following with it for one week nothing happened.. I was tired and drained and lost all hopes with the branch.. Today when again visited they where very rude and finally closed my account after nearly 6 months but i got only 1000 balance.. My 4000 wants for charges etc, which i feel completely cheated and it’s a day light robbery.. This is my final experience with sbi.. I pray god that i don’t want to go there again.. They made me beg for my money.

I am sure sms chagres and other services charges are much lesser than the amount deducted. Please look into this matter. SBI should atleast send the reason of debit while they sms.

                    I am not satisfy by this way . My money has been debited from my SBI account without prior information. Please Look into it and want my money back am not using this service.
                    I mg biju holding acc [protected] with karunagappally branch kollam applied for pension loan on 8 feb 2018.however despite my repeated calls the branch has not given any response regarding the processing of the loan.either a rejection/approval can help me in planning my future action for my requirement
                    Please note that I have used my bank of baroda ATM debit card in your sbi ATM machine placed in 44 santoshpur avenue Kolkata 700 75for Rs1900 around 7.30 pm on 18th Feb 2018 machine decline to deliver the amount but showing deduct in statement on mobile

                      My ATM Card is expire on March 2017 and after then i have no apply for New ATM and no used of ATM Card. I am the Police person and my account is opened at Zero Balance by SBI Bank but many time the money was deducted. I have no ATM Card of SBI Bank after May 2017 and No ATM Card is issued by your bank to me. On dated[protected] Rupees 206.50 Debit from your Bank and Not refund, I request you that please refund my all deducted Rupees and take necessary action to concerned officials.

                      Sir I am the Police persons and Opened my account at Zero Balance in State Bank of India Kurukshetra. My Account no is [protected]. Many time money was deducted from my account. Now I have no ATM Card of SBI Bank and no issued ATM Card form SBI Bank. My Card is expired on March 2017 after then in have no apply for New ATM Card. Sir I request please refund my all deducted rupees.

                        getting wrong calls from other persons asking to share the credit card details

                        I have got a call from [protected] number saying this is deepika sharma and i have got reward points on the credit card asking me to u can use this points as three options
                        1. Awail gift card
                        2. Cash back
                        3. Bill adjustment.

                        I don't know how she knows my credit card expiry date and card type. She's asking me to share 16 digit credit card number....

                          Hello sir,
                          I got call from [protected] and they were telling they calling on behalf of sbi bank and they seems real as they have some personal information like my full name, dob etc. They were asking for sensitive information like cvv and otp so that can verify and my details and update my card, if not provided they will block my card and i need to pay some 5k amount, but i did not provided details as it seems suspicious hence luckily averted fraudulent transaction.

                          Please take stern steps so that such activities stops.

                          Very very worst service at Bavdhan branch always, after talking politely they don't provide proper and correct information and misbehavior always.
                          Very very poor service I have seen in SBI branch, they don't care about customer at all.
                          This should be improved.
                          Government employees don't bother about customer's emotion, time etc.
                          I having demat account number is [protected] .I getting problem in fund lien . When I trying to do FUND LIEN. It's coming like E broking registration is not valid . That's why I'm not able to do online trading I have this problem from starting.when I opened new account
                          My savings account has got debited Rs 295, for 2 times without any prior communication, contated the toll free number to register a complaint, they asked me to contact my bramch for the same. Please advice to lodge the complaint and to recover the money

                            An amount of ₹ 147.50 was debited (Taken away from my hard earned money) from my sbi account on 20/02/2018. Rupees 2000 i have withdrawn today morning. I want to know the reason of deduction of such a huge amount. I am sure sms chagres and other services charges are much lesser than the amount deducted. Please look into this matter. Sbi should atleast send the reason of debit while they sms.

                                Dear sir,

                                I had applied for a sbi irctc card. A lady executive called me up and promised me that definitely you will get the credit card to ur residence.

                                I got one message from sbi please give us 11 working days to process your application. But when i checked unline its showing

                                "we regret to inform you that your sbi card application could not be processed since it does not meet our policy. We thank you for your time."

                                I have given all the documents. Please tell me what are the reasons for rejectting my application.

                                    I've had the exact same problem with my sbi a/c as that of many others. Please do the needful at the earliest. I've lost 295/-. I haven't made any investments in this account or any account for that matter. It affects the trust people have in the bank. Already there are charges for depositing money (25/-). Then there is the annual maintenance fee (147/-). All those are well and good. But, this one (295/-) is not. Don't steal from customers through unfair means.
