Sir, this is to intimate that i had tried to withdraw rs.1, 000/- on 10.05.2017 from atm of indi cash (A tata product) located at najafgarh road, new delhi from my sb a/c no. Xxxxxxx10588 through debit card. The transaction was shown as successful but the money was not dispensed and message received from bx-atmsbi at 04:30 pm mentioning “rs.1000 withdrawn from a/c no. Xxxx0588 on 100517 at twy atm tyrn0074. Txn#[protected]. Avl bal rs.25782.3.†as the money was not dispensed i again tried for rs.1, 500/- from the same atm and this time also message received mentioning “rs.1500 withdrawn from a/c no. Xxxx0588 on 100517 at twy atm tyrn0074. Txn#[protected]. Avl bal rs.24282.3.†however, after a gap of few minutes, a message received from dz-cbssbi mentioning that “your a/c credited rs.1, 500 on 10.05.2017- reverse atm wdl. Avl bal inr. 25782.30. Thus, the amount of rs.1, 500/- was credited in my sb a/c no. Xxxxxxx10588 and in this regard i approached to concerned branch manager as well bank officials several times and at last made a complaint to customer care no.[protected] & complaint no.[protected] was assigned. It is very clear that the above mentioned amount of rs.1, 000/- and rs.1, 500/- was not dispensed but atm shown successful transaction of both these amounts. I am in receipt of only rs.1, 500/- as reversal of atm withdrawal and remaining amount of rs.1, 000/- is still pending. I contacted branch manager over phone and in person also several time. She opined to wait for some more time as reversal will take place automatically. Ticket no.[protected] assigned for future reference and message received showing complaint under process & status claim raised on 24.05.2017 with atm bank. 02.06.2017 - closed as atm bank confirmed successful transaction. 05.06.2017 - made a complaint to the bank no response. 07.06.2017 - e mailed a complaint to sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in - result awaited. 25.07.2017-visited bank & enquired about the issue-computer was not responding. 23.08.2017-again visited the branch and enquired about the issue-computer was slow and opined to come again for contacting branch manager. 25.08.2017-again visited the branch and enquired about the issue. They simply lodged a complaint with cms (No.[protected]) and closed on 02.09.2017 mentioning successful transaction. After the noncooperation of the branch, i transferred my a/c from the branch to sbi dwarka mor but talked them several times-no result. I again approached customer care and complaint no.[protected] was assigned but the same has also been closed stating that the bank officials have suitably been counseled. It is requested that the amount of rs.1, 000/- which was not dispensed by the atm may be reversed in my account and proper checking of the data and analytical report be made available to me.
2. It is requested that an early action may kindly be taken against the erring officials as 6 months have already passed in pursuing the matter.
