Respected sir/madam,
I was tried to withdrawn cash of rs.1000/- on 29th oct, 2017 from sbi atm located at punyanagari, wadgaonsheri, pune, maharashtra-411014. Transaction shows successful, but cash was not dispensed. My home branch is located at purulia, west bengal-723101. On the same day i have called to customer [protected]@[protected] and raised a ticket (Ticket no. [protected]). Now they told me i need to contact with my home branch. Currently i am located in pune, and i am unable to go to my home town right now.
Request you please response and help me on this.

But very disappointedly say that there is no action taken as of now and still I am getting same message repeatedly.
