I am totally fed up from the service provided by SBI Debit Card Department it's worst experience so ever i have.I was apply for debit card on 31 March 2022 and request was approved on Same Day. Since 2nd April to now it shows card not yet dispatched. Now it's been almost 23 days from applying the card. Now I need of cash so how can I withdraw cash as my SBI ATM. if in-case of you suggest me visit to your home branch, it's big crunch for me because of in my branch lack of staff, rude behavior by SBI employee, they treat customer as a pet-animals.If In-case you have a single piece of work at branch for that you have to reach early morning and it doesn't mean you will got the success on the same day may be it will for the next day as well you have do same process again. when I was contacted to branch for card issue, they people told me we can't help, as card is issued by SBI card processing unit now just i am waiting for dispatch of card. My Question is there does it make any sense a debit card reach to customer takes decades. It's totally pathetic.So, It's my Humble request to all of guy's please dispatch my Debit Card it's very urgent for me. i am very thankful to all of you.

Updated by coolbuddytiger Recently, 23rd of April i was interact one of your executives. she told me, we don't have such information regarding your card. In that case if you not received your card we log the complaint. she also committed me sir you will definitely get the resolution with 10 days. Then, i was happy. and thought about that i will definitely got the resolution as she committed me. But accidently by mistake, i was dial your customer care no. and asked about "my complaint no. 95405172", and i got the reply "your complaint has been resolved" although i not got the resolution still, i writing this complaint . i want ask you how could it possible without resolve the complaint, complaint has been resolved. without ask to customer. what the hell going on in SBI ? i asked about the guy's name who have been closed my complaint from floor supervisor Rajesh, he was talk to round and round but never told me the name of guy. Finally, i was interact with Auchitya floor manager he told me guy name (case closing time 10.16 AM 25/04/2022 - name : Harsha Ande) who has been closed my complaint. without knowingly. and also Mr. Auchitya disconnect my call without provided me the resolution on this issue. is this the customer care process. I want please take serious action against these guys.
