But recharge are not credited both time & ruppes also does not credited on sbi saving account yet
So, plz. Give me return credit of failure recharge amount 400 (200+200)

    My mobile no is [protected] from pune. I have received message so many times from the code dm-cbssbi
    That "your a/c xxxxx402257 has a cash withdrawal of rs. 16, 000.00 on 08/09/17... Etc."

    When i don't have an sbi account. I am not sbi account holder. Still receiving this kind of messages. Please let me know who is using my number.? My complaint against sbi bank and that account holder who linked & using my number.

      m visa complaint

      Sir, i have an account with your bank. My account no. Is [protected]. I was doing txn to merchant through qr code payment mode on 31 aug and 03 sep.
      In both cases money has been deducted from my account. But txn was not successful. For this complaint i have been calling call centre since 31 aug 2017. But they are not register my complaint. Every time they say that they have an technical issue. So they can not see my txn status. Sir...

      I was visited state bank of india savar kundla branch sbin004868 at 31/8/2017, i was gone to opening new saving account for my mother umaben vinodbhai rathod and fill up new account form and attched adhar card and pan card copy with form, bank employe said your account is open in 8 working day, today date 8/9/2017 i was visited sbi branch savarkundla and employe said your mother account is not open checked after few days and their also said insufficent staf in branch,
      They answer is not satisfied to us and we are problams releted your servise, your servise is lasy and slow i hope you take action releted it

        I purchased smart tv of samsung from sargam electronics on 16th of april i. E. 5 months ago and not received cashback of 5% which was to be received in 3 months from the date of purchase.
        As the 5th month is going on and despite of calling your customer care many times i got no solution for my problem.
        I request you to please solve this problem of mine as soon as possible and give me cashback of 5%.

            Pl refer my pf index no 937959. I received rs.17756/ on 22/07/17as arrear of pension. So far i was being paid pension @rs.3857/. My substantive salary at the time of vrs on 31st march 2001 was rs.13734/ on which rate i was paid vrs amount. (Adjusting allowance rs.550/+50%fpa rs.396/+basic pay rs.10880/+pqa & acting allowance rs.1908/). All others of same cadre have been paid much higher amount. I fail to understand why i received such less amount as arrear of pension.. Kindly see the matter and get the calculation corrected. I have written to hrms lucknow also in this matter. But they asked me to contact cppc kolkata

              Subject: charge dispute "refund never processed"

              Dear sir

              A refund of 13998 rupees of lenovo k8 note was successfully processed on 27 august 2017 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.
              My account number is [protected].

              I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number which is[protected] but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken.

              I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

              Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                Dear sir,
                I would like to draw your kind attention that i have completed my internet banking but missing password and for this i personally went to sbi dhadka branch asansol burdwan 713302 but sorry to inform you that the branch manager mr. Santanu de has declare that internet facility is the easiest way for fraud and behave is not good.in this circumstances i would like to inform you if the branch manager is showing less interest then what will i do? Again he is declaring that please go to another bank where you will get the facility. I think it is discouraging the customer who want to do something. Please take care and inform me that i will withdraw my bank account from the said branch.

                    I could not submit pos trsanction complaint trhough cms portal. Every time while trying, the message pops as pl check your card number)
                    I have made a purchase through pos (Debit card) on 01/07/2017 for rs.2564.97, but my account was debited twice (A/c no: [protected] maintaining at sbi ind estate road br trivandrum (Esbt) i have given awrittin complaint with all documents to chief managet, sbi (Code 70020) on 14/08/2017 and submited a complaint to sbt complaint system (Ref no at6547 on 09/04/2017)
                    Pl advise me what further step i have to take, should i complaint to banking omdusman

                      Sbp got merged into sbi during this period as a result of which my amount is not credited to now correct neft-dr-sbin0051370-eleganta chs-netbank which is in palava city, dombivli east.

                        I have raised 4 compliant for atm related but still there no response for mail. I have requested for video footage for proof that also not provided by bank. If try to connect officer over phone ether not responding or call tomorrow will check these happening for past 45 days. I have attached all mail communication which was not responded after the remainder mail as well.
                        Why such delay in responding to customer query? Please check my previous mail communication for reference if i have done any wrong communication please apologize me.
                        I do know in which way to contact to officer after serval follow-up?

                              This is rohit from shalimar garden. Sir today i m going to bank morning time around 11.50 am. I have some work there after that time i need little money and after that i m using atm machine state bank of india (Branch shalimar garden) ext 2 shabibabad gazibabad u. P. I m entire around 12.05 pm approx after that i take my money 1000 rs and ltr on again going bank pay my fee after that i check my balance only 602 rs only i know the guy because 12.15 to 12.17 pm with in 2 mins my money going to different account. I dont know how. When i m going to bank again and ask regarding this matter. Branch manager inform go to office station and i already take the name bank holder how is the guy stilling my money and i already complaint and i know all the information where is money going to different account. Pls i need my money back because 3 months salary. Pls tell me the procedure what we do now regarding this matter. Tommorow i have to go sp office gzb.

                                I have deposited 2 hdfc and 1 bank of india cheques to my savings a/c on 5 th sep 2017 at 10:20am, but still not showing balance in my a/c, the person who gave me the bank of india cheque said he got the message of the balance being deducted from his a/c on 6th sept 4:45 pm, but it is not still showing up in my a/c on 8th sept 9:15 pm, kindly help me

                                thanks to SBI for resolving the problem, i received my balance at about 6:20 pm this evening as promised to me by the bank officers, i am thankful to them for their prompt service and special thanks to Mr Ravi Kumar Verma for assisting me throughout from 1:00pm to 6:00 pm ...this shows why SBI is the largest and number 1 banking sector !! thanks again to sbi

                                  Dear sir/madam,
                                  I withdraw rs 10000/- (5*2000) (In first transaction) on dtd. 06.09.2017 between 9:15 to 9:35pm from sbi atm located at parbhat chowk hoshiarpur punjab using my icici debit card. Out of five 2000 notes, in one note 20000 is written with pen. Immediately i shown this note to the present security person of atm. On dtd. 7.9.2017 i try to spend this note but nobody accept this.

                                  Please ask concern person why he added this note in atm which creates problems for public and impose penalty so that this type issue will not be repeated in future.

                                  Also kindly suggest further what can i do to change this note.

                                    With refrence to above, i have installed pos machine from sbbj bank at our hpcl outlet for cash less transation since 01.01.2017 with mid no :- [protected] tid no. R j 02 5499.

                                    For mdr transation bank has charged 0.75 % cash less transation charges for crediting cash less transation benefit to the custumer account, as per the govt/hpcl policy this charges are to be reimburshed by hpcl to a dealer but after 15 may govt. Change the policy no charges credited in our account
                                    But after this condition bank charge mdr amount my a/ c no. [protected] at branch dever dist. Jhalawar (Raj.)
                                    Plz chack my a/c and reimbushed mdr amount

                                      Primarily this account opened in:hill cart, mangal deep building, siliguri (Ifsc code:sbin0017374). This account was transferred to green field branch, faridabad (Sbin0016537). Till date in internet banking the account is showing the the siliguri address. The cif no is not changed yet or it is not transferred to green field branch, faridabad yet. I have approached to branch manager, siliguri as well as faridabad for solving the problem and put up a request letter, but the result is zero. The green field branch told that i ve to change the same by requesting the siliguri branch. It is the duty of green field branch to solve the problem, but they denied. I need the cif no of the account should be transferred to green field branch and my present residential address should show in internet banking facility.
