I had cleared the complete outstanding amount on my SBI credit card (zero balance) and raised the request for closer of credit card issue for NOC and update the CIBIL report. When I called SBI customer care for issue NOC, every time they are saying that, please enter your DOB and entered my DOB then call automatically cancelled. It became very difficult thing for me.

Please do the needful..

    I filled fixed deposit form on the name of mother mrs. Jharna banik (Sr. Citizen) as per sbi guidelines but till date it not prepared. Now after continuous follow-up after 07 days passed they informing that some problems in form whereas they checked the form during submit.

        Hi,

        I have my account with SBI Branch J.L.N.M.C.H (Code 8957), Bhagalpur. I had applied for Internet Banking Service at the branch more than two months ago and the branch manager issued an Internet Banking Kit (Kit# M[protected], Packet#M2203, Circle Code09, Serial#02) and confirmed that it will be activated in 3-5 business days. However, it has been non-operative even now after making several visits to the branch. The branch manager does not seem to be knowledgable about it and does not have any clue about it.

        After facing the bank's poor customer service, I myself created a fresh user ID 79001406 online at onlinesbi.com and have reported about the same to the bank but again, they have not been able to map it to my bank account. (Refer Scr No 67108 and PPK No UA[protected].

        It has been a very bad customer service experience at the country's leading bank and would like to escalate about it. Can somebody please help me in this matter?

            We people of srivilliputtur is unhappy with the state bank of india 's officials insincerity. There is no proper maintainance of money in atm and the other atm (E corner) is closed. We can't withdraw money in other atm too. It's hard for people to search for money in all atms. It's being a little busy place we need a proper care. Please take further action nd do the need full. We people suffering a lot. The officials are not responding to our concern. They r very careless in doing their duty. As most people hold account only in state bank of india we must be given service to the most extend. Bank is charging for withdrawal in other atms but we people being charged for official's action. The people's request must be respected and fulfilled.

              I have made the payment through oriental bank of commerce's debit card and money was "deducted from my account" but payment status of my passport application shows "failed". Its being 2 months now & still my money is not refunded.

                  Subject:request for refund of extra money

                  I have paid my passport application fees through central bank debit card on 4th april 2017. The transaction was failed. Again i tried for the transaction on same day. This transaction also failed and total rs.3024 were deducted from my account (Rs. 1512 per transaction). As mentioned on the website sbi has to refund the money back to central bank within 7 days of failed transaction. But it has not happened till today.

                  I have visited regional passport seva kendra but they are telling me to call on toll free number[protected]. After calling on toll free number they are telling me to contact sbi. Also, as instructed on website, i have sent 3 e-mails to customer care on 7th april, 14th april and 7th may respectively. Passport seva kendra has given phone number[protected]. I tried to call many times but didn't get any response.

                  I am a college student and unable to understand what to do next.

                  Please help me out by refunding extra money rs.3024.

                    I used the sbi credit card on 13.11.2016 at shreenath electrical, pune. Rs. 8600/- debited from my account but same is not credited in merchants account. I submitted the complaint to sbi credit card ([protected]@sbicard.com), but they replied that dut to late submission of complaint we can not resolve the despute. You are requested to resolve the issue.

                          I am ramanamma, having sbi debit card and tried to purchase an item at bajaj shoroom by using my card on 10.05.2017. At pos machine the card swiped 2 times, but shown error. I am used another card and finished my purchase. But after 30 min's i got msg from sbi, "you are purchased an amount of rs 540/- at bajaj shoroom, gajuwaka, visakhapatnam."

                              I have done a payment of rs 1 using my atm cum debit card on 19/04/17. Except this payment i don't made any transaction on that day. I got a sms that rs 1 was debited from my account. But at afternoon when i check my account details i found their is no transaction of rs 1. But their is a transaction of rs 1161. I don't know how it possible. I don't any sms about the transaction of rs 1161, and even i don't get any otp for this transaction. So how it possible??                                     Application number[protected] Recently one of the agents from SBI came to me and He insisted me to apply for SBI credit card. He insisted me two to three times after which I applied for it. I had to go for photocopying my documents and filling the application form. You can guess what I had to do at 3 PM in summers that too half hearted. And after receiving two to three confirmation calls and messages I got to know on my own through your website that my application is rejected. I have talked to your customer care on mail about this and their replies are pathetic that SBI don't want to do business with me. What is so special in the other three friends of mine who are in my college that you have issued them the cards and not me. This is really humiliating for me and I had to receive your calls and messages without getting anything.
