Sir koi aisa rule pass kijiye jisse banks coustomer ko btaye ki kyu balance kaat rhe hai. Sir ye bank vale koi na koi tranfer lga k blance to debit katna band kare. Logo ko bahut problem hoti hai. Sir help us

i applied for internet banking account. i got id and password on same day from bank. they said that account will be activated within 4-5 days but still i am waiting from last 20 days.
whenever i try to login on onlinesbi.com it says invalid username and password. i ask about to my bank they said username and password same.

    I have paid mahavitaran electricity bill payment of Rs 320.00 on 28.10.16 Through Atm visa debit card. the transaction id is[protected] mahavitaran is not reflecting the paid amount But my account has been debited the above amount 320 .l have received the massage from sbi and mahavitaran both.But mahavitaran has neither given me the receipt nor the payment is reflecting in the Mahavitaran.

          I applied for SBI netbanking account and received the printed letter. After logging in for the first time and changing my credentials, I am unable to login again. When I do forgot password, I am asked for my registered phone number to validate. But the phone number I enter is not accepted. The phone number is correct because I receive all messages on it. How do I reset the account and start afresh?I am unable to login at all.

              Deduction of amount without sanction of limit and deduction of insurence policy all already i insured my firm
              I am coustmer of sbi since 28years
              I am have applied for extend the limit of 60000/- to 5 lakh in state bank of india dhar branch. First they said we extend your limt aftr see the document of it returns and all and they said we will do... They took more than a 2 month and then informed that the limit cannot be sanction due to it returns. I have taken back by documents. But few days back when i was checking my account. Some amount of rs. 6100 has been deducted from my account by bank as limit valuation and registry search and when i approach bank with letter to refund back to my account this amount as limit not being sanction at all. They refused to do so saying it is our fee of valuation etc. This is very bad as how come bank can deduct amount with any sanction of limit. I hope this board will support me and take necessary action against the bank. And justice may be given to me where i am not in fault.
              *my point if in my file no posiblity of extend the limit they your sbi branch said me "yes" and i have all proof done by sbi branch and all documnt

              2. Done two insurence policy in one firm (Which is affence in law) already i insured my firm
              And they deducted 2050/- in my account

                  When we transfer money from one account to other account(Other bank) we get charged for rs. 2.5 per transaction. Even though it is neft. While no other bank charge for this. Also sbi charges for quarterly sms charge, still we don't get sms for transactions. Sometimes many other charges like rs. 11, rs. 25 etc.This is very frustrating to see deductions.

                      I get repeated calls from [protected] regarding upgrading my credit card. The caller informs me that the reward points in my existing card are blocked and sbi is offering me a new card and asks me to for my all card details along with cvv no. After i decline to disclose the details the call is disconnected with a threat that my card is blocked. Can you please advise me what action should i take?

                          I used sbi anywhere app's mvisa facility to pay recharge of tata sky and manually entered the data (Mvisa merchant id - [protected]) as qr code scanner was not working.in this process the money got deducted but tata sky did not get it. This transaction of rs 250 and 250 was tried by me on 15 Oct to tata sky (Mvisa merchant id -[protected]). Please return the money to my account as it is not received by tata sky. Please note that transaction reference number is not shown in account statement due to which i can not file proper complaint with sbi customer care.

                            Hi,

                            I had taken a sbi credit card sometime in Aug 2015. First the credit card people harassed me to take an insurance with Royal Sundaram (which they had never mentioned before is a necessary condition) for Rs. 500/-. I never used this card as I was uncomfortable with this kind of customer pressurization. I called them and asked them to cancel my card and also cancel this Rs 500 charge as I have never used this card. Now SBI is threatening me with legal action and CIBIL degradation if I do not pay them 3500 rupees which now includes an Annual Fee of Rs 2600 on a card I have never used in my life.
                            They have also claimed that I have never had any interaction with SBI since September 2015 regarding any credit car.
                            If this kind of harassement and cheating is happening for a national bank card, where does it leave us common people.
                            I have 2 other credit cards from HDFC and CITI bank with no delayed payments and a surplus of 500-1000 rupees in surplus.
                            This threatening attitude is extremely disturbing for working women like me who have to take care of home, hearth and urban working life.
                            Request your guidance on this. I am ready to take this to court - no more men or women should be harassed like this by scrupulous staff of national banks.

                            I have spoken with your team since November 2015 including 7th October 2016. was told since beginning that your request has been updated. Please check call records again. On 11th February 2016 at 5:31 pm i received a text message from AD-SBICARD " Dear SBI Cardholder uoyr request for settlement of charges SR#1-[protected], on card ending 1596 has been initiated and will be closed within 10 days"

                                  On 18th october 2016 i received a phone call from mobile no.[protected] stating that he is a manager from standard chartered bank and that my credit card has expired. He told me that he would send a new credit card and wanted the details of my old card. He asked my card number and the cvv number. He also asked for the otp number. Within minutes i found from sms message that rs 5000 has been drawn from my account. Immediately i disconnected the phone call and i gave a complaint to card services of standard chartered bank. They found that rs 5000 was drawn from
                                  Sbi bank in the name of sbi buddy_bd some where from mumbai (Possibly)
                                  I kindly request you to find the culprit who had done fraud transaction from my standard chartered bank credit card on 18th october and return the money back to me.                                       L pardeep kumar 24 |10|2016 date go in SBI bank in neelam choak faridabad l go to recive a money with check but window number 6 employ say your sing is not match iam also do my sing but they not pass check then I go to manager he say to meet window number 4 employ and window number 4 employ say this check pass only its own bank not this bank then I say in past iam also recive money to this bank then he say iam sorry but he did not give me money with check so iam face very difficulties so I say check are issued in all bank but not pass in neelam chok SBI bank 'bank token no.292 time -15:30

                                        Hi team,
                                        This complain is regarding of mistake of bank employee.. He is not upload my signature on system thats why my cheque is gone bounce. Its soo harrasing me that in my last 7 year carrier my none of single cheque is bounce. Today i am shocked when party call my that your given cheque is getting bounce.. When i visit branch (Sbi udaipole branch, udaipur, rajasthan) branch manager said (Aapka naya account hai aapko ek baar branch aana chaiye dekhne ke liye ki aapke document upload hua h ya nahi) i can't understand this type statement of any manager... This bounce spoiled my repo in market... I m frusted this insident... I want resolution of this metter.. I hope bank resolve my issue on priority nd bank give proper resolution on priority.. I dont want to take any other legal action..
                                        Please take on priority.. Thanks nd waiting for your possitive co-opartion...
