    Sir, I have opened a sb account [protected] on[protected] in the SBI, mission charali and received the atm after 7;days. but after many visits to the branch I have not receive the ATM PIN. The sbi.co.in web site says that after receving the atm card the customer to collect the pin from respective branch, now its more than enough and is this the way to mislead peoples by false information or bad service

      I had recharged an amount of Rs.197/- & Rs. 41/ in my mobile no. [protected] on[protected] through SBI Oxipay Netbanking. Recharge was unsuccessful, Transaction Status showing - Transaction Failed. subscriber NotFound OxiTransID -[protected] & TransID -[protected] but the amount has been debited from my account. Reference No.[protected], Transaction ID- OXISBI8485746 and Reference No.[protected], Transaction ID - OXISBI8485087, Please refund the deducted amount to my a/c .

          Dear Sir/ madam, Good day ! This is AbuNasar Siddiqui, My account number is, [protected], Haider nagar branch, I would like to bring it to your attention that . I had applied for the ATM debit card 15 days before at the time of but till now I have not received the atm debit card but PIN number already came in the branch, It’s very difficult for me to come to bank every now and then to withdraw money .I keeps traveling out of country for work .I have to take care of all the household work and other responsibilities.I was informed by the bank that I will be getting the ATM card kit within 10 days but I didn’t receive any thing .Finally I gave a call to your customer care department and there again I faced problems giving all the details and finally the person informed me that you're dispatched number is EB[protected]IN and it will take another 5 five days. So I waited again but I didn’t receive anything. I had been a customer of same bank from years and Its really disappointing that the banks take so long to give a debit card .I request you to look into the matter and have debit card issued soon Thanks and regards AbuNasar Siddiqui

            I recharged my mobile no [protected] with 100 re's in by tam machine pone 01st may.But 100 re's debit my account but balance not credit to my mobile balance.I called Sib. toll free no. more then 20 times.but they did not registered my complain.I also visited my branch but they told they are not able to registered a complain.So now what I do???

              I have face a problem to make a draft in sama savli sbi branch that they have taken 5 to 6 hours to make a draft. Where the actual time of doing this work is 15 to 20 minutes. So, sir please take care of this complaint and relief customer for harassment.

                I got a call from [protected] who told me that he's calling from SBI customer care, later he continued saying that my ATM card is in the list of blocked cards and he asked me the details of the 16 digit ATM card no. [protected] which I provided and then I saw that 10, 000/- were deducted from my SBI account and transferred to POS 00021540. This seems ridiculous and I beg you to take a severe action against this crime as I could see these complaints in a good number where people get ditched and give their details that guy should be given in the hands of public and let them decide. The person should be given a strict punishment as he's swindling money from public's account and using it for himself, rather he should find a job for himself that can pay him more and top of it he won't receive abusiveness of common people moreover police should take severe actions against such fraudulent cases.

                  I had applied for signature credit card from SBI. On enrollment they give you multiple option of gift vouchers. I had selected jabong gift voucher of Rs. 5000. I received the gift voucher on[protected] and when on[protected] and went to Jabong site to you the voucher. I came to know that this voucher is already used by Mr. Ruban Kumar on 01/07/2015. I had sent an email on 01/08/2015 to [protected]@sbicard.com regarding the issue. After that i would have sent atleast 10 mail and would have talked to different people at there call center but they always raise the ticket and then after 7 days get a msg that your issue is resolved. They are fraud and scaming people it has been 2 months still nothing. Yesterday i received msg stating that SBI has issued me gift voucher of Rs. 3000 for Jabong. Again that is a fraud when you have to give customer a gift voucher of Rs. 5000 why did they send the gift voucher for Rs. 3000. I have been fighting my case for last 2 months via email and there call center as well as there nodal officer but they are making fool of customer. Please take some action and give us justice.

                    Hello sir, First of all thank you very much for providing such a tool to express our grivences... Here i wish

                    to bring into your notice that, in 2010 i booked a flat in Pune at Ms Nandgude Patil developers,

                    Sulochana city, and as the builder had his tie-up with SBI i obtained loan from there... From the last 5

                    years im paying my EMI which is now 20702/month, as bank has disbursed 85% to the builder. Till date i

                    have not got the possession as there is only 60-65% work done at the project and the builder has

                    defaulted saying he is short of funds. My querry is why did the Bank disbursed him almost 25%-30%

                    extra than the work done ?? There are around more 120 people with me who have taken loan from

                    different banks and suffering for the same reason. If any justice is there for a common man i would like

                    to experience it and want you to pl take some action against the bank. My loan details are as below:

                      Dear sir I have observed through online that in SBI credit card statement, the outstanding loan amount was splitted to general credit limit and cash limit, which was not requested by me and the sbicard management have not taken any approval/request from me to do so. I had not given any assurance to convert my personal loan(sbi card) to general account.For giving loans, cards they are simply giving with in a day.For resolve the issue taking somuch time, which causes over interests and looting the people.. Unnecessary interest is levied on me by converting the amount to credit and cash limit. For asking simple querry about loan due and how to repay, The cardf persons simply close my loan and loan amout diverted to credit and cash account and finally blocked the card.I was informed to feedback that, I am not willing to pay so far accumulated interest which is generated by loan closure process. See that no additional interest is impose to me.But they are telling loan already closed.Without paying how the loan is going to close. I intimated so many times.But very poor response from card maintenance staff through feedback mail.Infomed them If my problem not solved, i will go for consumer forum.Still their response is not good.                         I am Kalpana Singh from Chennai. I hold a SBI card (PLATINUM). SBI card department had called infinite number of times, just to buy this card with all FALSE PROMISES. Now when, I have complains, they do not receive calls and neither they respond to any complaint mails. I was told that, if I spend INR 45000 per year minimum, I wont be charged any annual fees. But my expenditure is always more than 1 lakh per year. Surprisingly last statement says, that I have to pay INR 3000 against annual fees. SBI CARDS are really fraud. They are looters. Guys do not get trapped with these people. Some one please help me how and where to make complain against this stupid SBI CARD.

                          I was enquired about outstanding loan amount.How to pay the amount. Without my knowledge loan amount diverted to cash limit account.And blocked the card with out my knowledge.I was given several times mail to the m/s sbi card.But every time they are telling that it is not possible.These fellows cheating the people any thing like.Is there any body to stop such type of cheatings?i am the sincere customer since 3 years regularly paying the bills.Pl help me.At present card was also blocked with out my knowledge.

                              Got a call from [protected] and [protected] under the guise of informing me that i have not updated the KYC information and that my ATM card is blocked. The call got cut and again it came in 5 minutes stating regret inconvinience, they are activitaing the ATM card again and they asked me the card number for verification. In less than 5 minutes an online order has been made from my account for Rs.43, 000/- reference POS [protected] at Amazon_BD tnx#[protected] followed by CCAvenue gateway charges Rs.2, 000/- Txn #566711. The Call i believe is from Bihar.

Records The Mahar Regt Fwd PPO for the grant of service pension on 28 Jul 2015 vide letter No 4567350/Corr/SP-II . After the period of about two Months CPPC not cleared pension/ Gratuity to SBI DAHIWAD SAB, JALGAON (MAH). Hence I would like to know the reason behind it, so that it will be easy for me to contact one individual and do needful accordingly. Expecting a positive response from your end.                                   Dear Sir/Madam, I, RUPIL DEV LAMSAR, wants to bring you in your kind notice that, last week i received a call from SBI executive Madam regarding making a new credit card, i answered all her questions, after getting all my details she told me that i am eligible for SIMPLY SAVE SBI credit card with annual fees of Rs.499/year which i accepted.(Her name is [protected]) Then after giving my relevant documents i received another confirmation call regarding the same, that person also agreed for SIMPLY SAVE credit card and i agreed. Then after my house and company verification another call came for which i was told all the details about my card and i agreed. Then a message came on my registered mobile number having application no.[protected] that my annual fees will be Rs.4999/-. I was shocked to see that message. Then within next day my application got confirmed. I tried to contact the same madam who called me 1st, after several attempts i got a chance to talk to her, she told me that she has put up a query with same application number and my card will be changed soon. now today morning i received a call from courier boy that my card has arrived which i have denied to accept.( I have all recorded call details with me for future purpose if needed.) I am really shocked that entire procedure occurred within a period of 1week, so fast, whereas these things take a month, at last i got a wrong card for which i cannot pay more. I am unable to pay so much higher fees so how can i agree for that. Yesterday a call came to be for asking of denying the card, then that madam told me that it will be sorted out soon but no step taken till now. Already put a mail on [protected]@sbicard.com 2days back, still no call/mail received, i am worried that unnecessary charges will be cut from my account. So its a humble request you to please change/degrade my card as i have applied to SIMPLY SAVE CARD and not any other higher card, also kindly close the application asap so that bill should not be generated without any use of the card.                                     Dear Sir, I(AVinash Pal) have a saving account having account no [protected] in Court Area Branch basti, UP. I lost my ATM card on Jul 17, 2015 then i requested to block it with ticket no[protected]. After i applied for new ATM card at the branch with a written application. On 31st of august visited to branch then manager told me that due to incomplete KYC no ATM card is issued. I submitted KYC on the same day. On 5th of Sep i got a message that New ATM card has been dispatched at home address on 3rd of Sep. Till the 16th sep i did not received My ATM card then again I visited to Branch then they told me that no ATM card is issued for me then i checked ATM pin register where my name with account no. was listed then i asked to manager but he did not provide me any satisfactory answer and i returned. Next day again i visited to branch and contacted to the officer whom i was submitted application for the issuing of atm. Then he told me that due to Zero balance ATM is not issued.Then i deposited 500 to account and again applied for the same. Now till the 23 sep i did not received any message regarding the ATM. then i called to SBI customer care they told that ATM has been dispatched to home address on 18th sep and given me speed post no EB[protected]IN. when i traced this no to INDIAPOSt the found that there is no such tracking no. I got so frusteated and its urgent to get my new card beacuse im facing too many problems without ATM. So plz resolve it. Thanks

                                      I am an income tax assessee with PAN AFLPR7386E. While filing my return for assessment year[protected], I noticed that against my PAN, the Form 26AS shows the I was paid Rs 23440 and that an amount of Rs 2346 was deducted as tax from this amount. I am a customer of the State Bank of India, Aluva, Kerala, but I have no connection with their Nagpur Branch. The deductor is State Bank of India branch having TAN - NGPS01701A. From the income tax website I have traced the deductor as a branch of State Bank of India in Nagpur, Maharashtra, but I am not able to trace the particular branch who made the wrong entries. Though I tried to contact a few branches in Nagpur, nobody was picking up the phone. I want to know which branch of Stae Bank of India uses TAN -NGPS01701A. K.R.                                         Hi, For the month of Aug 2015, I have been billed with the amount 6772 rs where the minimum due was 4161 in my SBI credit card. I have made the payment of 5200 before the due date 10th Sep with the balance of 1672 and haven't make any purchase for the month of Sep. But in the current month, bill of Sep 2015 billed on 23rd Sep, I have been charged with fin charge on retail of rs.371 and GST of 91. It seems like for delay of payment 1672 for just 12 days costs me rs.462. Really fed up with the charges applied by SBI card in every month unnecessarily. I am using HDFC credit card and never been charged a huge amount of tax or fin charge. Kindly do needful.
