Dear sir..myself Shubham sharma ..i am a government employee ..i hv apply for a personal loan in SBI ..where was my salary account.. i m working for irrigation department for last 5 years..Bnk manager refuse my application by saying that we will not sension any personal loan without any security.. after 25days of waiting i transfer my salary account in main branch aligarh...and submitted my all documents for loan..mr sharma who was attending me said to me that my application is under process..bt till now when 1month is complete he is avoiding the matter.. now he is saying that we want some security or a latter from ur senior... i am very much frustrated now...i want to ask that i m government employee ..i am walking here n there for a loan which is my right..all private banks are ready to provide me the loan..should i transfer my salary account in a private bank...?       I have lost 10000 rupees from my account yesterday calling from mobile no.[protected] saying that your account transaction is blocked i[censored] want to continue your processing tell me your ATM in details, i m from Delhi brance SBİ brance office of Delhi university where ur transaction is blocked and i m calling you from here for further verification.i tell him wt he ask to me.after some time i check my balance of my SBİ account 10000 rupees has been cut fro. my account.a message is come on my phone no. that he is purchasing from sbi buddy of rupees 10000 and his purchasing pos is written in the message.00021540

        Hi, I lost 30, 000 rupees through sbi buddy . On the same day my friend lost 50, 000 rupees as the same guy called him as well. The guy said he is bank manager of sbi mumbai branch. I can share other details on request. He said his name is ashutosh sharma and was talking in UP hindi accent. The number he called was from [protected]. This happened on 30th september around 11am.

          Yesterday i received a call from the number [protected] person shared his name Dipak Verma said I am from SBI Mumbai office, kindly shared me the details of YOUR ATM card as same has been upgrade from our end. i refused to given the details to him ( Dipak verma started misbehave on call and threatening him if he can't shared the same he will disconnect all the services of Bank account. Due to avoid any in convince i was given information within five minutes automatically 19000 Rs withdrawn from my SBI account, we have informed to bank there is no transaction from our end but they says we're not be able to do anything on this. We called on Dipak Verma number but his number was continues switch off. Please do the needful Thanks in Advance. Regards, pratap [protected]

          I had the exact same problem and I have also complained about it on this website
          My mother had similar happening.Though there wasn't any call. SBI Buddy App was used. What all we can do here. Already raised the issue with bank.
          i got call from this number [protected] and the same story happened with me SBI should does about this thing
          I have received call from same number and person withdrawn appox. 21000/- from my account within seconds.
          Bank has also refused to help me.
          Money transaction
          i am ramesh chand sharma from himachal pradesh of dist bilaspur. On 18 jan 16 at about 1400 hrs rs 14000 debited from my sbi account by some one using net banking.I know only the mobile no. Of the person that had called me at that day. Now the mobile no. Is coming switched off(mob no.[protected]). I got transaction details from bank which are as follows:

          pos ei[protected] sbi buddy sweep trf credt - rs 5000

          therefore it is requested that plz take necessary action and advice company not to deliver these ordered items and amount to be refund back in same account as soon as possible.

          Same thing happened to my mother. A person called from number [protected]. However my mother couldn't understand and gave the detail. Through sbi buddy 2500 Rs was deducted. Then we got the card blocked and also gave this number to sbi customer care. This is a major deal. Thankfully it was only a small amount but could have been more. Sbi need to do something about it.
          Hello Sir,

          On D:[protected] Somboday Deepak Sharma named person(from SBH, Head Manager) called me and asking about ATM renew Verification. Unfortunately, i gave him my bank details(ATM CARD's valid from date) for renewing ATM card but after a moment i got message as from my account 8000 rupees deducted. When i contacted to SBH, then he told me its a fraud case and contact to cyber crime .So please help me.

          These are the phone numbers, which are called by him:

          Same things is happened with me as well .. I got the call from [protected] and he took the debit no from me and
          4000/- deducted from my canara account even OTP is also not generated still my money got deducted..I talked with bank manager related to this and i got very dull response from him, he was even not ready to look into my issue. I have registered the complaint against this in police station, cyber crime as well but no response till now.. That fraud no is still active and he is still saying i am bank manager of SBI bank all bluf stuff and even he knows nothing will happened to him and police cant do anything agaist him... I told this to police as well to track this number it is active still. but i got response saying we cant track this no.s they are using fake address bla bla...so many cases is getting registered against SBI buddy site but no one is looking into this issues... each an every person(i.e police, bank manager, Cyber crime) is aware about SBIBuddy is fraud site and frauds are using this site to steel the money, but no one is ready to look into this issue... very pathetic irresponsible careless people we have in our INDIA
          Hi Sir,

          On Date : MAY 31st 2017, my elder brother deposited my SBI bank account RS25000 . But when I checked my bank statement a few days back, I just found some fraudulent activity has happened in my same saving bank account.
          There are 5 transactions are happened without my knowledge & they are using my internet Banking, but at that time my mobile number I am having. I did not get any OTP .
          1-5th Jun 2017 RS 10000 Debited from my account and transferred to [protected] .
          2-6th Jun 2017 RS 10000 Debited from my account and transferred to [protected] .
          3- 6th JUN 2017 Rs 900 withdraw from my ATM by me some expenses Purpose
          4-7th JUN 2017- RS4000 Credited from [protected] account
          5 -7Th JUN[protected] Debited from my a/c and transferred to [protected] .
          as I mentioned above transaction number 1, 2, 4 & 5 totally unknown to me and all those transaction did use my internet LOG in id and Password . I never shared my id & password or OTP to anyone .
          at that time i visited number of times to my home branch Balanga for register complainant on this matter, but at the same time my manger was on leave some official training .

          I have send email to my home branch about this . But i did not get any response from him .As he provided his number also but he did not pick my call .
          As i have worked in Accenture Service Private limited at Chennai . i struck in middle of some official work . i am unable to travel one more time to my branch in few coming days .
          so please humble request to you, take some necessary steps on this fraudulence activity ASAP& priority Basics please reactivity my internet Banking services attach to my holding A/c .

          Hello sir,
          Same thing happened to me today (29/09/2017). I got the call from [protected] and he said ''he is SBI bank manager your atm is being blocked so to reactivate it varify your card now''. And he took my card details somehow i denied to give him OTP and thus transaction couldn't be possible. But the problem is that he is still trying to hack my card details and otp and may be in future he'll try again to get money from my account. What should I do now? Please respond because it's the recent case .

          I also got a call today from some lady ([protected]) claiming to be calling from SBI Mumbai branch and stated that my card has been deactivated and they will issue a new card which I was fine with. On further interaction, she asked if the card is master card or Visa to which I responded correctly. I then got 2 messages on my mobile from some mobile number saying my debit card has been dispatched which appeared to be fraudulent to me as the language in the message was not appropriate with spelling errors. The lady then asked me to provide the card validity for verification for which I was cautious and denied the same. She again insisted that she is from SBI bank and verified my email address as well. This was a shocker to me as I knew this is something fraudulent but they had all other necessary details for the transaction. I am wondering if I would have given the card expiry details, I would have been duped by now.

          The lady also provided her employee ID which again was fake and also provided the number of a courier guy. I tried the number later which was a spam in true caller and located in Mumbai. Please be careful of such activities and do not share any details on phone. SBI needs to take strict action on these activities.
          Hi,

          The same thing has just happened to me. I got a fraud call from the SBI Branch and Rs 8000 has been deducted. I called SBI to report, they blocked the card but refuse to help out. They say lodge a FIR in the nearest police station or report a cyber crime. I don't know if I will even get my money back.

          SBI calls so many times to verify details and give information on your transactions and this cal sounded like one of those itself. I had slight doubts but by then it was too late.

          Can anyone say what to do about this?

            Hello, my self Swagat Dash from sambalpur, odisha. I got a call from [protected] to my number [protected] on 13 sept. 2105. the caller introduced himself as an employee of State Bank Of India. He told me that my atm card is going to block and i have to renew it. Unfortunately as he was asking about the details of my debit card, i gave him all details. Then he asked me for "one time password code" or OTP CODE. Unfortunately i gave him that code also. That person asked me around 6 OTP codes and I gave him all as I thought he was an employee of SBI. After all this when I checked my balance i found that i have lost 49, 785/- (RS/- FORTY NINE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHT FIVE). After that i blocked my atm card.The no of my debit card was [protected]. Next morning i got a call from [protected] of that person. still his no is active.               SBI is asking me to attach NOC from builder for my application for home loan takeover. The property I'm seeking loan for is in Pune, Maharashtra. Many news articles and forums suggest that Maharashtra government and the Supreme Court have ruled out mandate of the NOC. NOC is not mandatory for loan application by law. One such news article:- Maharashtra ends system of NOC - Indian Express http://archive.indianexpress.com/news/maharashtra-ends-system-of-noc/1012619 SBI is still asking for builder NOC for my home loan application. Email ID's for grievance redressal provided on SBI are not accepting mails. These email ID's are: helpline.[protected]@sbi.co.in and helpline.[protected]@sbi.co.in. I doubt other email ID's may also be bad. These email ID's are provided under "ADDRESSES AND HELPLINE NOS OF GRIEVANCES REDRESSAL CELL AT LOCAL HEAD OFFICES".

                Dear Sir, Good day ! This is Abushad, My account number is, [protected], dhanghataSantkabir nagar branch(UP), I would like to bring it to your attention that am trying to update my passbook last three month but but when am goin to bank then BAnk staff saying some teachnical problem and we dont able to update it this is very redicules problem to complaint you about it, I received the ATM card when i open account, by speed post. Then the process of request for getting the ATM card's pin started. It has been one month visiting the branch and requesting the concerned authorities for providing me with the pin for the very same card, but all in vain. I have even contacted the customer care but that too in vain, Sir please look in to the matter, to help me out. I don't have any option left, than closing my 3 year old account and switching to a different bank, since I am finding it very difficult in withdrawing money while moving outstations.                     Today I received a call on my mobile phone about my ATM Card. After sometime I got a message that my SBI Debit Card has been used for a purchase worth Rs.10000.00 ON pos 22270726 by using your portal i.e. BILLDESK PAYMENT MUMBAI INDIA TXN #[protected].                       I the under signed Mr. P.R.Bende, Retired EO, Central Board for Workers Education, having PP0 No. 690 and a/c no. [protected] in the SBI. Durg Branch code.SBIN0009075 (SBI DESHLAHARA BR.DURG BR.CODE SBIN0030347 IS MERGED IN SBI STATION RD.DURG BR.CODE SBIN0009075) is humbly submit my request as under to look into the matter personally. My pension has been revised by my department CBWE, Nagpur (copy enclosed) and issued a letter to the Chief Manager SBI, Dharampeth Br.Nagpur 440033 with the request to restore the pension of Mr. P.R.Bende, Ex.EO, CBWE, Raipur. As i am having my SB a/c at SBI Durg, Br.code SBIN0009075, SBI Dharampeth Br. Nagpur issued letter to SBI Durg br. code SBIN0009075 to arrange to pay Pension to Shri P.R.Bende (copy enclosed) on dated 14.5.2015. Still I have not received my revised pension with arrears. On enquiry in the branch it is said that the matter has been referred to CPPC, Govindpura, Bhopal for further action. I do not under, when the Chief Manager, SBI Nagpur Br. has instructed the Manager, SBI Durg to arrange to pay pension to Shri P.R.Bende and debit to this Branch through Branch clearing General A/c and send pension payment scrolls, the Manager, SBI Durg sent my paper to SBI Bhopal. Since May 2015 I am suffering due to non payment of Pension at revised rate and its arrears. Once again I request you to look into the matter and help me.                           Sir, I have opened a sb account [protected] on[protected] in the SBI, mission charali and received the atm after 7;days. but after many visits to the branch I have not receive the ATM PIN. The sbi.co.in web site says that after receving the atm card the customer to collect the pin from respective branch, now its more than enough and is this the way to mislead peoples by false information or bad service

Recharge was unsuccessful, Transaction Status showing - Transaction Failed. subscriber NotFound OxiTransID -[protected] & TransID -[protected] but the amount has been debited from my account. Reference No.[protected], Transaction ID- OXISBI8485746 and Reference No.[protected], Transaction ID - OXISBI8485087, Please refund the deducted amount to my a/c .

                                Dear Sir/ madam, Good day ! This is AbuNasar Siddiqui, My account number is, [protected], Haider nagar branch, I would like to bring it to your attention that . I had applied for the ATM debit card 15 days before at the time of but till now I have not received the atm debit card but PIN number already came in the branch, It’s very difficult for me to come to bank every now and then to withdraw money .I keeps traveling out of country for work .I have to take care of all the household work and other responsibilities.I was informed by the bank that I will be getting the ATM card kit within 10 days but I didn’t receive any thing .Finally I gave a call to your customer care department and there again I faced problems giving all the details and finally the person informed me that you're dispatched number is EB[protected]IN and it will take another 5 five days. So I waited again but I didn’t receive anything. I had been a customer of same bank from years and Its really disappointing that the banks take so long to give a debit card .I request you to look into the matter and have debit card issued soon Thanks and regards AbuNasar Siddiqui

                                  I recharged my mobile no [protected] with 100 re's in by tam machine pone 01st may.But 100 re's debit my account but balance not credit to my mobile balance.I called Sib. toll free no. more then 20 times.but they did not registered my complain.I also visited my branch but they told they are not able to registered a complain.So now what I do???

                                    Dear sir,
                                    I have face a problem to make a draft in sama savli sbi branch that they have taken 5 to 6 hours to make a draft. Where the actual time of doing this work is 15 to 20 minutes. So, sir please take care of this complaint and relief customer for harassment.

                                      I got a call from [protected] who told me that he's calling from SBI customer care, later he continued saying that my ATM card is in the list of blocked cards and he asked me the details of the 16 digit ATM card no. [protected] which I provided and then I saw that 10, 000/- were deducted from my SBI account and transferred to POS 00021540. This seems ridiculous and I beg you to take a severe action against this crime as I could see these complaints in a good number where people get ditched and give their details that guy should be given in the hands of public and let them decide. The person should be given a strict punishment as he's swindling money from public's account and using it for himself, rather he should find a job for himself that can pay him more and top of it he won't receive abusiveness of common people moreover police should take severe actions against such fraudulent cases.
