This is to inform u that someone from sbi credit card called me from [protected] to me at my number [protected] at 3.05 pm on 21/12/2021 & he asked me for taking credit card & while i replied him over phone m not interested then he insulted me abused me said kolkata people r mad .Later i called him back but everytime he keept disconnecting my no afterward. After that he sent me a msg to my whatsapp number using utterly disgusting & dirty language which i have attached the screenshot with it. Pls.Take necessary acting action against such uncivilised indecent person.

    Transaction failed but the money debited from my account

    I have done transaction on paytm upi on 18 December 2021 2:40 PM of Rs 22000 which was failed and the money got debited from my account its been more than two working days as per npci and the bank has not paid my amount back
    I have tried to reach both the Paytm and sbi customer care but the Paytm days to reach the sbi and sbi says to reach the paytm so no satisfactory answer
    I am worried about my money
    Please help ASAPbr...

    I am a senior citizen nearing 80.
    A cyber crime/unauthorized transaction on my ac no. [protected], SBI S V Nagar branch Tirupati, branch code 16990, has been committed on 2.8.21.
    I made a complaint to the Banking Ombudsman vide No.[protected] dt.4.8.21 and another complaint to the cyber crime police vide FIR 536/21 Dt.3.8.21.
    I submit that three chargebacks were created by the bank vide nos.61541782, 61542792 and 61542977 for a total amount of Rs 24900/- and the same was informed to me on 9.8.21 and also on 10.8.21 by the bank, fixing a period of 35 days for resolution. The deadline is over long back and nothing was made known to me.
    Consequent on the creation of chargebacks by the bank, the Ombudsman has closed my complaint.
    The police are also investigating the case but I was told that the Bank is not cooperating with them in supplying the information required by them.
    I am not aware of the present position of the case and the chargebacks issue. As a matter of fact, I do not know what does a ‘chargeback’ actually mean. I am not kept informed of any developments in the matter.
    The Banking Ombudsman while informing me about the chargebacks, indicated that I am free to take any legal action for redressal of my grievance if I wish.
    I desired the branch to inform me the present position of the matter vide my mail Dt. 21.9.21 and also made a request to the AGM on 27.9.21 to direct the branch to inform the present position nothing has been done by them. The branch has not been pleased to apprise me of the position.
    I made a representation to the Chairman SBI on 11.10.21 and on his direction the branch took a detailed statement from me on 17.10.21 and stated that the issue would be referred to a committee for a resolution but even though two months have elapsed nothing has been done.

        It's been nearly 14 days but Still my card is not yet dispatched. I tried calling customer care but there response is odd and not satisfying. I ordered a visa card which I need for making international transactions with out the card how can I make transactions. Too much delay in sending a card while other banks managed to deliver the card in 4 to 5 days.

          Mistake No.1. Just for the sake of showing business they have wrongly disbursed loan.

          Mistake No.2. Amount was more than eligible amount.

          Mistake No.3. As per their convenience, reversed the extra amount however, interest was accumulated.

          Mistake No.4. Marked the account for moratorium, which was never asked. Also I am not eligible for the option as the property is a resell/ready to move in property.

          Mistake No.5. Did not mention SI, and EMI was not deducted. However interest is calculated which is added to my loan amount.

            I have ordered a product from boAt of amount Rs 1799.10 on November 18, 2021 order no #1073299. I have replaced the product on 24 November 2021, I have given a ticket no #330898 They told that refund has been initiated on 9th December 2021

                Complaint Details : I was tried to withdraw amount Rs 15000 on above mention date that time my account balance 16445. but ATM shows error"Technical Issue for your Transaction" & the i immediate transfer to Rs 15000 another account by google pay. & then my account hold as lien amount.
                when i was complaint to home brache they said unable to resolve this issue because account hold by Thane branch .

                  My name is Arijit and I want to report that I have ordered a headphone i.e. cosmic byte equinox phobos 7.1 from Amazon on August 16th 2021 and then my refund was initiated by Amazon on 29th August 2021 and they provided me a reference number i.e. HSBCN[protected] but I have not received by refund amount i.e. of 3499 in my sbi Bank account yet.

                          I have ordered 2 product on same date 24-Nov-2021 by Amazon and the price of products is :-.
                          1) rs 2475 order id :[protected]

                          After delivery of products i watch them and i don't like them so i decided to return them and get my money back so i returned the both items and after few days the delivery man picked up the item and after some days
                          I got 2 two mails from Amazon that they say money of both product had been initiated to my bank account on date Dec 4, 2021 but i didn't received any single money to my bank account of both of products and i contacted there help center care and then they said that now they can't do anything and i have to complaint to the bank account with refund reference no. Of both products so i want to get full refund of my both products soon so please solve my issue.

                                  I recently reactivated my inactive SBI account by redoing the KYC & applied for debit card on November 20, 2021, it's been almost a month now & I have not yet received my debit card via post, upon inquiring in bank I got to know that the package was returned to my home branch & they could not find it, I did not receive any message/mail neither from SBI nor speed post after the package was dispatched. I have been frequently visiting the branch regarding this issue & have been receiving irresponsible answers saying they have misplaced or have no track of it. I went a step further & asked for the docket number of the post & inquired about it in post office as well & was told there was no record of the package.

                                      Dear Team,

                                      I had taken a home loan from SBI Jayanagar 4T block Bangalore branch in December 2021. In addition to home loan they had attached a life insurance policy of 10 years which was included in my EMI as well. Its been close to 1 year and with multiple follow ups with branch manager (Ms Padma and Ms Shobha) as well, they have not surrendered policy documents to me. I have been paying my EMI's on time but there is no support extended by the branch
