State Bank Of India [SBI] — blocking credit card without proper reason

Credit card bearing no. [protected] for the saving account number [protected] was issued to me in my saving account there is balance of more than rs.300000/- and annual fee for credit card has been debited from my saving account. Now my credit card is blocked without any prior information and proper reason as i hadn't utilized the card. I knowing from sbi card customer care executive that credit card was wrongly processed and issued to me. Ok no problem the bank officials came to know this truth after deducting annual fee for credit card from my saving account. Please intimate action on person who intimated my credit card processing and issuing. The bank have to block my credit card with proper reasons like failing in repayment, unauthorized usage. It is very bad practice and inhuman. If you feel i am not eligible then you have to stop processing and issuing card to me.
