State Bank Of India [SBI] — CAS CORR PR CHQ reversal of withdrawal of cheque

I had given a cheque of sbi to my home loan bank (Non sbi).
At first the cheque is cleared and the amount is debited from my account and after some time i got a message stating the cheque is dishonoured and it charged 177.00 and later another message from sbi stating your account is credited with cas corr pr chq reversal of withdrawl by cheque.
I dont understand what is all this for.
I had enough funds in my account.
I visted sbi home branch they are saying go ask to whom you had given cheque we dont have any information.
I visted my home loan bank asking the amount is initially debited and credited to your account and after some time it got reversal. They are saying we have not done that.
I dont have proper answer for the above from sbi who charged me against dishounered cheque which is not acceptable to me. Also why my chqs got dishonouered inspite of sufficient money in my account.
