Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to inform you that I tried depositing some amount (Rs. 700) in the CDM machine, and as I clicked the confirm button after entering the amount, the server crashed, and received a TRANSACTION TIMEOUT receipt.
My money’s gone, and I don’t know what to do. I was trying to deposit this money, so that I can transfer it to other account in which I’m getting debit messages everyday due to low balance!
I called the Customer Care, they said they can’t help, and I’ll need to search for the CDM linked branch!
Please help me get through this.
