State Bank Of India [SBI] — change dispute "refund not yet processed"

A refund amount to ₹309.00 which is refunded by amazon on 5th october 2018 but still my account is not created. The refund reference number is 158913.
I have contacted the customer support service of amazon as well as sbi but they ask me to contact to another company. They are not taking responsibility of my amount. Amazon says that to cantact sbi and sbi says to contact amazon.
I am totally confused.
Therefore i request you to credit my account soon otherwise i will go to the consumer forum to filing case.

My name is Shaik Kareemulla i have account in sbi i have received message that my account is debited by transfer of rs.1, 000 i dont know why when i call to customer care numbers they recklessly says they dont know what is this? They behaving like local bank not state bank i want to Know why my money has debited tell me

I am not receive money from government due to my Aadhar card number not mapped to IIN

The amount of 5000 has been deducted from my SBI account, but I didn't receive the money as the transaction has been failed
