State Bank Of India [SBI] — cif not scrutinized by lcpc problem

This is my first time in sbi. I can't transfer money to anyone as it is saying "cif not scrutinized by lcpc". As i've opened my account in bank they've asked me to deposit 2000 rs and i didn't have 2000 rs i tried to deposit 500 rs but they didn't allow me to deposit 500 rs but my account got activated and i've got the atm card also i opened net banking and transferred 500 rs from my another account through phonepe app in my mobile. I'm doing trading in share market and i tried to transfer the amount in sbi account to my trading account through imps and there i got my transaction failed and this message "cif not scrutinized by lcpc". So please someone help me to solve this problem as i'll be eagerly and desperately waiting for your kind and generous reply.
