State Bank Of India [SBI] — Clearing of sbi cheque

I mr. Ashok padman patil having saving a/c no. [protected] with state bank of india shahapur branch (Branch code 01101). I had deposited 4 (Four) cheques in cheque dropbox at the above mentioned branch as on 11/04/2016 having ch. No. 924792, 924793, 924794 & 924795 respectively dated 31/03/2016 of the state bank of india t.C.C. Branch thane. I came to knew as on 26/04/2016 that the cheques was not cleared until that day. I immidiately visit the branch and enquire the concern officer. They replied that the officer who cleares the cheque on that day was not in branch today so come tommorrow. The next day i visit the branch again the same thing happened again the officer was not in branch. I said the branch manager the exact position, then they called one officer he checked some clearing vouchers. They found nothing, then they chequed dropbox register and they found entries of cheques but not clearing of that cheques. I again asked bank manager to solve this issue and give me favourable reply, but manager said that the staff was on leave and she can't do nothing until & unless the staff came in the branch. She again told me to come on monday as on 02/05/2016 to solve that issue. On monday cheque were cleared but still i want to make complaint because nobody gave me proper reason behind this delay. It's a branch clearing and as i know not more than 3 days requires for clearing any type of cheques. I am a working person having a government job and i had no time in my office timing after that i managed to visit the branch. The branch manager is so rude and very rough in speaking (Mrs. Choudhari). My family is having 4 accounts in this branch & totally 12 lacs of term deposit and nothing any loan from branch still they they are not co-operate us. It doen't matter us but i want the proper feedback about the issue of clearing. I am the well known person about banking then also the issue we cant solve. If any layman was in that position then what was happened with them we still cant imagine..
