State Bank Of India [SBI] — complaint closed without solving

Dear sir,
My self dr. Rizwan reza having an saving account in your esteem banking system (Sbi). I would like to notice you on a false transaction of mine.
I have made payment (Rs.2, 376.60) on 22.11.2017 (Transaction no. Sbipg[protected] and 23.11.2017

(Rs.2, 376.60) (Transaction no. Sbipg[protected] but another transaction of same amount was happened

Automatically on 24.11.2017 with transaction no. (Debit swps [protected] 22-nov[protected] pu000013 4).

I was lodge a complain through phone banking and got a complain registration no. [protected].

I regularly check the status on www.onlinesbi.com. i did not getting my money back but without resolving my case status has been closed.

I am requesting you to please solve my above said problem.

I will be highly obliged.
