State Bank Of India [SBI] — Complaint getting close without action

I am currently facing issue with the KYC process being under process for nearly a month now. I submitted 2 complaints with the SBI customer care but they both were closed without any resolution and it was stated in the current status of the complaint that it was sent to the SP1- GITC.
The first complaint was done on 02/04/2024 5.37 p.m, after which on 5.54, I received a message from SBI that my case was resolved. Upon checking the issue was still present and no action was taken and the status showed that it was sent to SP1- GITC, and the same happened with the other complaint as well.
