Hi,
I have applied for the SBI credit Card in November and got confirmation through SMS that it has been approved and mailed to my mailing address. But I haven't still received the card.

The delivery agent has yet not delivered and I have no Idea on how to find out. I am yet to receive the card.

I lost my patience that without receiving the card I'm being asked to pay the Annual fee for the card.

Please provide a solution to this as I have tried sending complaints to sbi.

But there was no proper response so far.

Kindly take appropriate action.

Respected Sir, I had applied for a SBI credit card. SBI card application no.[protected]. My name is Sunesh Shivaram Thandassery. First I received one message that post tracking number is EV[protected]. Then I received another message that my card is despatched and speed post tracking number is EH[protected]IN. Still I have not received the card. I am also not able to track the mail in the India post tracking website. It is showing consignment details not found. I am also not able to call SBI card phone no. 39020202 after affixing my local STD number since the call gets disconnected. I am waiting for my credit card. Please do the needful. Thanks, Sunesh.
