I have recharged rs.149/- through online for jio mobile and double amount has been deducted from my bank account. The transaction details of rs.149/0 are psb[protected]igaesqqth3 and psb[protected]igaesrltr8 respectively. Jio mobile number is [protected]. After deduction of double amount, one week elapsed but money not returned back. It is requested that rs.149/- may please be remitted in my account.

The amount has been transact from my A/c no. [protected] on dt.30.10.18 by Paytm of amount 1000/-, it wasnt transact by me and i dont have any paytm account.My card has been blocked by the branch on 3.11.18 on behalf of my complaint.Please refund the amount asap.
