Sir,
I made a transaction on September 5, 2021 through SBI using Paytm Banking (UPI Ref. ID:[protected]. The money was debited from my account. But it is not deposited in the beneficiary's account. I contacted Paytm customer care but they said my UPI transaction failed. Hence no amount should have been deducted against this transaction.
I contacted SBI Bank and visited the nearest branch and they said they were not responsible for payments through Paytm apps. So far no refund has been received from the bank. I need my money back.
So Kindly please fix my problem as soon as possible
