Hi,

I would like to lodge a complaint on state bank of india khammam branch with ifsc code sbin0013329 where sbi is unnecessarily deducting ecs charges 295 rs every month.

Actually i have taken loan through hero finance to purchase my new bike with load application no 1767290 1year ego. Now i am facing problems with charges deduction by state bank of india not sure where the gap is when i called hero fincorp they are telling to check with bank.

I would like to highlight one thing which i have observed through my bank statement that is hero fincorp is sending ecs deductions multiple times to bank and bank is deducting it multiple times. Fyi in january month bank has deducted 295 rupees four times and mentioning description every time as to transfer-chrg recvdmandate fail txn dt.18/12/17hero finco

This is happening every month for me. One shocking thing is my ecs deduction date is 8th of every month so i credited 3000 rupees this april month on 7th of april 2018 again bank has deducted 279 rupees mentioning description as 7 apr 2018 ecs/ach return chg —

My question is my ecs deduction date 8th of every month but why it again deducted charges on 7th april? I would like to know this.

And moreover everymonth sbi is deducting charges towards non maintaining of average balance but why it is again deducting charges even after my ecs is deducted. Please let me know where is the gap.

I am attaching six month bank statements where you can see clearly that 295 rupees charges deducting unnecessarily.

Also providing hero fincorp loan account details if the issue at hero fincorp side i would like to lodge a complaint on them as well and want my extra deductions to be credited to my bank.

Just now state bank of india deducted my emi amount 2552 towards my loan and on 7th april they deducted 279 rs mentioning description as ECS/ACH RETURN CHG--

My question is my ecs deduction is 8th of every month and they deducted emi now and why they again deducted 279 rs charge on 7th april.

I am attaching the proof of deductions for the current month april 2018 again as my emi is deducted just now.

Please check all the statements and do the needful.

I started investing in sbi blue chip mutual funds on 18th of march 2018 with an amount of 2000 under portfolio number 19908068 as a systematic investment plan.

As it takes one week to deduct amount from my account i. E from from 18th march to 1 week means it is 25th march they will deduct my amount. As 25th march is sunday they will deduct my money on 26th march that is on monday. But here the issue is i changed my mind to invest the same in other product under sbi mutual funds and that is the reason i cancelled my sip plan on 26th march midnight but on 26th march day time they debited my sip installment amount 2000 rupees towards my account.

I immediately called them on 27th march and asked them what is the issue as i already cancelled my sip they said that we have accepted your cancellation and it will take 1 week time to credit the amount which was debited.

They have asked me debit proof of statement and same has been provided multiple times as well but till now they have not credited my amount and when i cal customer care they keep on telling you will get refund in 7 working days.

I have waited almost 15 days but there is no response from sbi mutual funds.

I am attaching the mail which is the proof that they are delaying customer amounts.

I am also attaching the proof of my statement as well

Please help me on this matter and do the needful.

Updated by chandra ravi I would like to complaint again on SBI as it is unnecessarly deducted more than 1000 k as ecs charges please do needful have attached latest September bank statement where you can check multiple charges deducting and mentioned as ecs return charge 295 rs was deducted more than 5 times in this month not sure where the money is going please do help on this issue i called bank they said that it was deducted correctly as your finance company submitted multiple ecs requests said. But when i checked with hero fincorp they says check with bank and ask them to refund

No one helps me on this isuse atleast consumer court should help people on this

Sir,
I'm facing the same issue with SBI.
I had taken EMI for laptop from Kotak Mahindra.
The first month the amount was auto debited, but from second month Kotak Mahindra is not able to debit from my SBI account and SBI is charging me Rs. 295 because of this.
I pay the emi amount but still they are charging Rs. 295
Did you get any solution for your issue?
Any idea how to get the money back?
