State Bank Of India [SBI] — ecs not getting deduct

I abhishek sinha taken a car loan from hdfc bank and ecs get deduct from my sbi bank account on 5th of every month.

Now from january 2019 ecs not get deduct from my sbi account on day 5th again hdfc bank re-present it on day 14th but again its not deducted, but in 3rd time day 22nd when hdfc bank again re-present ecs 3rd time amount get deduct from my sbi account. This is happening from last 5 months and when i have inquire about this with sbi they are not able to give me the exact reason of the same and keep telling to check with hdfc bank only.

Now the situation is that may month emi is not get deduct from my sbi account after re-presenting ecs 3rd time, because of which i am getting continues call from hdfc collection department to clear the due.
Please look into this and help to resolve the issue.

Updated by Abhi Sinha 85 This Month also ECS not debited and i have to pay the EMI online. Also getting calls from HDFC collection department for the late fine.

Updated by Abhi Sinha 85 Still the issue is not resolved as every month i have to pay the EMI through Online payment mode because of which HDFC banks charging me late payment penalty charges. After maintaining sufficient Balance in Account every month the story is same and surprise is that both the Banks are not at all supportive to help me for the resolution.

Urgent help required for the same.

On 19/5/2019 from my SBI ac amount was debited in the proxy beta google rs 799 nine time total rs 7191 debited . I had blocked my card. Please help to get refund of my money in to state bank of india bank ac.
