State Bank Of India [SBI] — Excess deduction of intercity charges

I have an account in SBI, Medical College, Meerut Branch( A/c no [protected]) and deposited money of Rs. 5000/- in SBI Dwarka Mor Branch, Delhi on 9th of Sep.2016. They deducted Rs. 57.50 as Inter city charges.As per Rule below 10, 000/- the charges is Rs. 25/-. They should reverse the amount with mental harassment penalties, in my bank account instantly . As it is not fair !
