State Bank Of India [SBI] — fastag recharge issue shows confirmation awaited | |||
I have purchase sbi fastag card. Initially it was recharged by the pos agent by ₹100. After crossing a toll booth the amount ₹70 was deducted. And ₹30 was balance. Now when i want to recharge the same card there was a problem in recharging that card. The amount was deducted from account but recharge was not succeeded. It shows confirmation awaited at its transactions history. When i call the fastag helpline the said contact to sbi fastag customer service, and when i call sbi customer service they transfer my call one place to another place, but no one can help me to provide proper solution. Now when i want to recharge the same card there was a problem in recharging that card. The amount was deducted from account but recharge was not succeeded.
