[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] — fraud transaction in my sbi credit card | |||
International Fraud transaction was done on 24/8/17 about 33000/- I can give compliant on 10/09/17 to customer care through fill the Dispute form then they will respond to investigate and temparory cleared. After 3 months they said investigation was favarate bank, hence can pay that amount then I give acomplaint to cyber crims at hyderabad on 08/02/18. But not solved that problem till the date. Other than every month sent to me statement wirh intrest. Actually that transaction is not with my prinises due to at the time of transaction I am in my office without mobile and not get OTP and not to share CVV/OTP. How is it possible also my family is not ther they are at in school as she is a teacher. The details are given below as a photocopies.
