State Bank Of India [SBI] — Home loan EMI insurance dispute - No solution after even 26 days - Cibil Score keep on reducing | |||
Dear Team, I would like to express my frustration after multiple email and telephone follow up on the home loan dispute. I have registered a complaint on 22nd September to the SBI home branch email id and 24th to customer care. The nature of the complaint is that my latest personal loan has been rejected by two banks, due to my cibil score and overdue payment in my home loan insurance payment. After I checked my cibil account, I was surprised that three month home loan insurance EMI showed as overdue, however the amount was paid already. All the related proofs already shared with the customer care and branch email ids. I have not received any solution even after 26 days. This is totally unacceptable and I lost hope on SBI. Do you really have a tracking mechanism on serious complaints ? Please suggest who will solve the issue and when ?. I have received a WARNING ALERT from SBI mentioning that my loan is irregular. Please check the attachment. I am actually paying extra EMI every month but this is completely unprofessional to see my personnel rejected and my cibil score keep on reducing because of SBI bank. if possible solve the issue, else allow me to transfer home loan to other banks.
