[Resolved]  State Bank Of India [SBI] — Money debited but cash did not come out of the ATM

My ticket number is 7194251. On May 8, 2022 I tried to withdraw money from an SBI ATM using my SBI Debit card. I tried to withdraw Rs 15000 but the ATM screen showed a message of invalid request. Then I used the YonoCash for Rs 14000 withdrawal and when I tried, the ATM showed an insufficient funds screen. I opened the YONOSBI app to verify and I has Rs 15000 of balance. I tried another time using YonoCash of Rs 14000 and it again showed the insufficient funds screen. A few minutes later I opened my YONOSBI app and I see that the Rs 14000 debit cash withdrawal transaction but I did not receive cash from the ATM. Standing right outside the ATM I called the toll free sbi support number and the person told me that he raised a ticket with number 7194251 and the resolution will be given within 10 days.
