State Bank Of India [SBI] — money deduction from my account without informing me

Hello my name is ajit nath tiwari, having salaried account with sbi [protected]. My brother was admitted on hospital for cancer treatment so i went atm on 17th
September to withdraw money but found that on 16th september 2017 rs 20000 with code 98581 enter dt 05/09/2017 had been deducted from my account. I was shocked as i need my money badly. I contacted customer support but they were unable to give any detail, i made an an line complaint but complaint closed and asked to contact home branch with phone number i called but the person disconnected phone with errogance and didnt help me. As my brother passed away on 19th september 2017 so its not pissible for me to go home branch now. Dont know what to do. Help me.
