Look at the following attached screenshot
This is the message received by us this evening on 24th March 2023.
Unnecessarily warning us that our user ID of net banking has been deactivated without any reason which has been working for so long without any change of what's over nature in our profile, then how all of a sudden, SBI found any discrepancy in our bank details.
Your this message has also been sent by you to our same registered mobile number. This evidently proves, your SBI record has the correct existing working registered mobile number. So What is the sense to send such a warning for change in our mobile number? Why this should not be treated as another way to harass us?
