State Bank Of India [SBI] — not receiving otp for new pin generation.

I was trying to generate a new pin for my sbi account's atm card. I am not receiving any otp from sbi to my registered mobile number. I am receiving otp for other online payments but not receiving otp for new pin generation. I contact sbi branch and customer care support both but my problem not resolved. I try 3 ways to get otp - via sms, via atm machine and calling to customer care support. I try many times. Please resolve my problem. Thank you.

I am aS.B.I.customer of porata branch (SBIN0007866).My mobile number was tagged with other accounts. But repeated complain to branch manager failed. Please help to keep my safety of my account.

Sir, mere account me 3600 rs tha, subah message aaya ki usme se 86 rs kaat liya gaya..
3000 se upper paise rehte hue bhi kyun kata gaya. Mujhe iski justification chahiye...

SBI RAJENDRA NAGAR (Branch code : 20074) . Deposit machine isn't working in this branch ATM.

There is irregularities found in my account no-[protected], and each transaction carries deduction either 5.9 or 1.18 since January 2017. I tried to contact customer care but they didn't respond me.
