State Bank Of India [SBI] — othpg deduction

This is regarding an unauthorized transaction made with my debit card of inr 1000/-
My account is debited with the name of othpg with rs 1000/- without any message
I never use card online and never share card details to anybody
Please give me a solutions. I want my money bank at any cost. Without any intimation how bank will do like this. Banking customer care service not responding properly to resolve this issue.

Sir.

I had a account in SBI, Gollapudi belongs to andhra pradesh.
since this account is active from past 6 years. Last month I.e, on 06.04.2019 in my account balance Rs 295 has debited more than four times from my savings account..
Please check why this happend.
