State Bank Of India [SBI] — Payment not received from amazon for refund

My name is Amit Dey and i had ordered Windows mosquito net 2 pc of rupees 1378.0 /- in Amazon on 01/03/2025 and return this order on 18/03/2025 due to personal reason. And on 04/04/2025 Amazon initiated the amount to my given Account but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number[protected] and told me to fill churge dispute form but SBI Khidirpur branch employee told me to talk with the Amazon.
