I am a defence pensioner having my pension account with sbi jp nagar bangalore. I used to download my pension slip on line. But for the last 60 days the pension slip is not opening while i try it on line. Not only for the previous two months, but for any mont hs listed under pension slip, thewebpage shows error and is not opening. Pension slip is listed under the heading e services, after the customer logs into his account on line.
I approached the home branch and orally complainted about this situation to the executive dealing with the subject and she spoke a level higher over the telephone. The reply was to lodge a consumer/customer complaint.

Sir i have account of allahabad bank.today at 9 am i will go to widraw my balance to sbi atm.so, when it was proccessing, instant a slip come out site, and there was wretten that sorry sir unable to proccess.but the money of my account is deducted.so, now what shall i do?

Today 13 th october 2018 withdraw a amount of 1000 rupees first time shut down problem occur in atm machine then again trying and withdraw 1000 amount .but 2000 rupees lost in total balance
