State Bank Of India [SBI] — refund from merchant not received in my account paid via debit card

I had purchased clothes from myntra on 22nd jun'18 for rs.9318 via my sbi debit card. I had also returned 4nos of clothes back and received a confirmation from merchant on refund initiated for rs.362.25, 655.57, 591.97 & 737.65 on 15th jul'18. However, the same was not credited into my account in jul'18/aug'18 statement.
When contacted myntra, transaction reference number was shared. With the reference number, i had raised an sbi online complaint and received a response from sbi bank stating "not received any refund instruction from merchant end. We request you to kindly contact merchant for more clarification".
Charge back dispute form along with email confirmation from myntra was sent to [protected]@sbicard.com (Interaction id:1-[protected]) for necessary action but response was to contact helpline number again. Bank/helpline does not have any details. I have still not received the refund amount.

My complaint has been marked as resolved but why it is marked so when there is no resolution provided. It this website just a game???

Sir, i applied for CSIR NET and did a transaction by sbi atm having account no[protected] . i did payment two times but transaction was failled and 2000 rupes deducted from my account . i did not get any refund .

Robin singh account number is [protected], i want my money which is deducted by bank randomly and till i did not receive my reverse in the account, i want many back as soon as possible
I have a problem about dudcted money by my account...pls stop that

My pan number BJGPS9431R The assessment order for the year 18/19 has been finalised and the relevant refund order had been sent to you for payment before 12 daysbut the same was not cleared so far so pls make urgent for payment

On 14 the October, I swiped my ATM card for my purchase.Transaction was failed but the amount reduced from my account so many times. I swiped my card four more times so the amount get reduced four more times.
Till now I didn't get refund.pls let me know about the refund process and reason for this problem.
