State Bank Of India [SBI] — Refund initiated by Zara but still not received

I ordered a leather shoe from Zara on
7 JAN, 2023 and its delivered on 11 JAN, 2023 and then I returned the the product and the refund gets initiated by Zara on 22nd JAN, 2023 but I don't get refund in my bank account.
An email come from Zara on 7 Feb,
2023 they give the transaction ID 35345603. For order no. [protected].
Price of shoe is 2890.
