[Resolved]  State Bank Of India [SBI] — sbi atm not delivered

I had placed a request for an sbi emv chip card as per rbi guidelines and got a notification that the card was dispatched on 12/12/2018 through speed post and it was supposed to be delivered within 7-8 business days. Even now (12/23/2018) when i try tracking my consignment on india post website or visit the post office, they dont have any details of the consignment.
As per rbi guidelines all non emv chip atm cards would be disabled by 12/31/2018. I am worried that i wont receive my card before that and would have to visit my bank for every cash withdrawal. Also with the card disabled i would not be able to perform any shopping using card and would have to reply on cash transactions.
Sbi customer service is appalling. They keep repeating the information that i already know and were not ready to take my complaint, even after i spoke to the floor supervisor :hari lal and floor manager arif. I was asked to wait for another 20 days, with no guarantee if i would even receive my card after giving it another month.

I would request you to look into this matter seriously as i am sure multiple customers are facing the same issue. A

This issue has not been resolved. There was no follow up from sbi . I didnt get any help from the parent branch or sbi contact centre.I am getting a run around being passed from sbi customer care to parent branch.No calls or no email from sbi.I called sbi contact centre again and spoke to supervisor hari lal who informed he has raised a complaint but wont give a complaint number for reference. I was informed to wait for 2 days and if not to call gain or visit the home branch. He even refused to share his supervisors name or connect to his supervisor or arrange a call back. I need a resolution and due compensation for the hastle.
State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I am yet to receive my new ATM card and I still cant track the shipment via India post website.I am getting no where.Please advice.
