State Bank Of India [SBI] — SBI credit card legal team threatening

Hi, my name is wasiq.
I had dues outstanding, so asked for settlement of 30k in 2 months time.

I received a settlement letter as below;
1st instalment 15k 31st jan 2017
2nd instalment 15k 25th feb 2017

It shows only 25 days to pay both instalments, i replied them to make 60 days.

However i payed my instalments as below
10k 31st jan 2017
5k 2nd feb 2017
15k 30th march 2017

These payments has been done in coordination with sbi chennai team, i also been told by them that payment is setteled & cleared, ill be receiving clearance letter soon.

But i didn't receive any clearance letter till now. I only have few text messages & call recordings where they confessed my settlement ckeared.

Now again im getting threatening calls from sbi bangalore legal team for payment of 42k.

Please help me in this case.

Vishwashospital's response We have tried online Complaint with SBI but portal is not responding, may be intentional.

I am having SBI current a/c No. [protected]. Bank has deducted Rs. 862.50 illegally for not maintaining average minimum balance.

My name is Ninghtoujam Kunjarani Devi bearing AC.No -[protected] For SBI Porompat, Imphal East Manipur .I took 4000 rupee from UBI ATM lamphel Dc complex on 5-7-2017 around 7.00 pm but it cant WDl due to power failue still it not credited at my account.so, plz rectify my problem.
