State Bank Of India [SBI] — Sbi debit card not working online

I ordered a SBI Global Pay debit card because my previous card never used to work online and as per the telephonic conversation with SBI customer care they asked me to get a new debit card. After receiving the card I activated all the required services of SWON ECOM/POS/INTL etc. and still the card is not working. I receive the OTP but after which the transaction gets declined. I called the customer care again they asked to visit branch and I showed my problem to the branch manger and submitted application as well. My card is still not working and I was supposed to make an urgent payment through debit card which I am unable to and which has caused me a delay payment charge o[censored]SD $100. I need urgent resolution and damages and inconvenience I have to face because of bad SBI services.
