Hello,
I had recharged my SBI fastag using phonepe but the amount did not get credited in my SBI fastag wallet. I have consistently been using PhonePe to recharge my SBI fastag successfully in the past.
I raised the complaint[protected] but this seems to have been closed with no action. Multiple complaints raised to this effect were all closed with no action or communication to me.
The comment on the status is as below.
Your Complaint has been routed to SP1-GITC for immediate redressal
Service Req Status - Case Closed
I do not know what to do now. Please guide.
