1 A few days back I went to this branch of SBI to withdraw ten thousand.
2. The cashier at the counter was found so rude, foul mouthed, arrogant using humiliating language.
3. Previously he was also found using dirty obscene language to ladies customers also.
4. Another example. My wife went to this branch to withdraw money and this cashier asked her- where you were sleeping?
5. So I ask this scoundrel, when her wife sleeps with him, does he make the scene public?
6. I emailed my grievance to the branch manager asking for this criminal minded cashier name and district action against such scoundrel.
7 but they never mentioned his name. No disciplinary strip action was taken against the culprit. But a simple apology letter from the branch manager, serving no purpose.

Under these dirty circumstances, we got to ask-

A. Why they are scared to disclose the name of the culprit? Why their protecting him? I have the legal right to know his name to proceed with further action against him.
B. Why the culprit was not made to submit the written apology?
C. If a person is rapist, who will be hanged by the court? The rapist or anybody else?
D. It is the cashier who is the culprit and therefore the written apology must come from the cashier only and not from the branch manager.
E. In this way, the culprit will go on insulting through rude and abusive language to all the ladies and gents customers who come to withdraw money from this branch.
F. And in such a bank, how our money could be considered safe where such criminals are allowed to continue without action? Why investors should invest even a single penny in such a bank?
F it is pertinent to note -
SBI has $2.6 billion of loans to Gautam Adani. Consequently SBI shares values lost 10.28 per cent in the past one month.
