It is noticed that rupees (23+23) is being deducted from my account against the given narration (To transfer Insuf bal pos decline charge-030217) I would like to know why these kinds of decline charges are debited from the account. Sbi account branch baramati Till date 3rd april 2017, 6th april 7april...10 times..., i have never found such kind of charges being deducted, please refund my amount..
