[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] — transaction/refund dispute (refund from amazon not credited yet) | |||
I would like to address both SBI and AMAZON for this Issue. No one is interested to resolve this issue. I paid the amount of 699 to AMAZON through one of my debit cards (CARD NO - [protected]) on 20th Jan 2019. I have also attached the bank statement for your reference. Due to some problem, I requested AMAZON for a refund and they issued the refund on 21st JAN, 2019. They have also provided me with the RRN #[protected]. Normally it takes only 3-5 days for the refunded amount to be reflected my account but today is 13th Feb 2019. Still, I've not received the refunded amount yet. I contacted the SBI Customer Service via the toll-free number, provided them the refund reference number and requested them to file a DISPUTE as REFUND NOT PROCESSED but they told me to visit my home branch and told me they cannot resolve my issue. Today I visited my home branch, they also told me they cannot help me in this issue and another irritation statement from them was they can neither accept any Transaction Dispute Complaint nor can find any pending refund. They told me there is no provision for checking the refund status. Which is very frustrating.How can be the employees could be such unprofessional. When I met the higher authority of my branch and narrated my issue, they repeated the same thing and tell me to contact the Customer Service via toll-free number again. Now the Customer Service Representative is repeating the old words. THEY CANNOT HELP ME IN THIS ISSUE. Therefore please investigate in this matter and find the pending refund and process it as soon as possible. Feb 20, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved SBI quickly resolved my matter. I will give a suggestion if you are getting this type of issue. directly go to the branch narrate everything then the manager with doing the inquiry in 1-2 hrs. and take neccesary action. after that collect all the proof and send a mail to Amazon. they will reissue your refund. State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
